New animated movie has worst wide release opening ever

I was expecting worse than this, I guess, but it does look like the scenes from a video game between the parts where you play.

There is an awful lot of yelling, though.

It wouldn't be a big deal if this had been made for $5 million or maybe even $10 million.

But $40 million?!

I don't see where the money went. It has a nice group of recognizable names, but no one that would be overly expensive.

C'mon guys, the CGI isn't THAT bad. It looks better than a PS2 game, just like the Hulk in TIH looked better than anything any system has to offer (of course that didn't stop the comparisons).

Honestly, I feel bad for this movie. It came out at the wrong time and had the wrong marketing. I actually want to see it, just to give it a little boost :(.

Someone go watch it and see how bad it really is/isn't. Take one for the team!

He deserves the break, I guess. Who is the imposter dog?

He looks more Fox than Hound.

There's A LOT of TV and net publicity for this flick being the "biggest bomb ever!!!", and I bet the people behind it are happy. Think of how much business they will get from the curious.

^Haha.

As for the budget, yeah, Lucas was able to make that insipid Clone Wars movie for $8.5 million, so I now feel even worse about this guy wasting $40 million on this. "Delgo, Delgo..."
