Sony pictures head Amy Pascal did say that Topher probably won't be returning if they did a fourth film.

Maybe Eddie doesn't die, or does die and comes back to life, and he ends up in a coma in which everyone thinks that he is dead, and the doctors or whoever will continualy see him and think that there is no chance of him surviving and it will be a miracle, but also why he hasn't died already, which he should of, which will leave it open for the symbiote to come back to Brock in this state and wake him from his coma. Unlikely but it could happen.

Of course we won't know he is actually in a coma, and think he is dead but then something that leaves a question 'is he or isn't he' kind like in Daredevil where Electra 'dies' and we see her necklace type of thing.

I'm not so sure either that Brock dies given the fact that Sam said himself that he wasn't sure if Topher and Thomas was coming back. If Brock died, Sam would have said he wasn't sure if Thomas was coming back.

I wouldn't use the Q&A as a bible to what's going to happen because don't forget that that Q&A was a while ago so they could of done anything to the script in that time, i'm not saying the Q&A isn't true because most of it is, but it was at least 6 months ago so most likely they would have changed a few things since then, not neccesarily the ending but they could have so i wouldn't go by absulutely everything the Q&A says.

Eddie could always pull a Doc Ock stunt and come back any time if they do it right, and IF Brock did go into a coma then Sam and co. would find a way to make it fit.

i REALLY dont want carnage to appear in any future spidey movies. Carnage is a serial killer who is VERY violent. We should have a restricted "Venom" movie that features carnage in all his bloody glory. not in spidey. On the other hand, i dont like lizard that much either so...

Carnage would be awesome. It does not have to be Rated-R. They can get away with implied murder or serial killings, with mild blood trauma with a PG-13 rating.
