Snipes is past his moment to do Black Panther, it needs someone fresher, and crucially, someone who is not Blade. It's not like there's a shortage of black actors with a physical edge, but after TDK Michael Jai White may have the slightly higher profile that would make him a better option. The other guy with the really hard to spell name (Children of Men) seems noble and dignified sure but I don't see the Panther who is a fighter in him. And he doesn't have the same face that will look cool on a poster.
