I see it when I'm logged out. Then it disappears when I log in. And it's not the only thread.

Problem solved. I discovered I had somehow accidentally clicked on ignoring threads started by Thread Manager.

I’ve noticed…

Many links to articles now appear as fancy, boxed graphics. Click on the box and you’re taken to the original article. Neat.

But this isn’t always the case. Sometimes, the generated links are just text. Thing is, they look like normal text. And it’s not obvious that there’s a hyperlink involved... unless you happen to hover your cursor. So perhaps a different color scheme for hyperlinks would be helpful... (BTW, “hyperlinks” in the previous sentence is a hyperlink. But how would you know? )

I’ve noticed…

I've noticed this, too. A color marker would be helpful, yes.

Apologies if this was already brought up and I didn't read it but is there a way to change the amount of posts that appear on a page? I didnt see any settings for it but I could have also missed it.

I changed mine when the new layout was put in place but I can't see how I did it anymore. I wonder if that option got taken away somehow......

It must have gotten removed as the new layout was tweaked.

Posts per page is not theme related it's an add on functionality that wasn't ported over. Whenever I get back to having some free time I'll see if that one can be addressed along with ignore threads.,

We really do appreciate all the work you put in; even if some of us are incessant whiners......

PS I'd still like to see more color contrast in the unread alerts. LOL.

Am I just not finding it, or is there no longer a button for creating a bullet point list or a numbered list?

Looks like they got replaced with tables.

I'm having a real issue on my tablet, where even if I wait a stupid minute for the stupid page to load first I can barely get a post typed in. I don't know what it is, but something on the pages keeps making the vitual keyboard drop off as I'm typing so I keep hitting one on the "suggested threads" links under the post box itself instead. It's maddening! Worse than that it's happening that the keyboard will just flicker for a moment and drop before I can type more than two letters. I'm using my phone just to type this but I normally use my tablet most because I'm watching other sites at the same time. The Hype is the only site doing this and only since the upgrade. It's kind of hard to keep using this site if it takes me 5 minutes to make a single post!

I had the same issue on the old board, too.

It's in and out so it must be traffic related or dependent on what particular ads are loading on the pages I guess. Most of the morning was fine until this post which has taken a few tries and five minutes to complete. It's beyond frustrating. My tablet is only 3 years old, fully updated. Even a reboot hasn't helped. I don't get it. Sad that my phone is older and works just fine. It's either an ad thing or a Chrome thing.

I don't know how to use most of the functions anyway, but I still don't have my new alerts in hot pink....sigh.....it's fine though.......I don't mind.......it's okay......I'll just be on my way......don't worry......
