New Magneto clip!

I've never heard so much power out of Magneto before!...It sounds exactly the way he would say those words!

What did he say I can't hear it.PLease tell mne and i'll love you forevre(or at least until someone better comes along.lol)

Oh, and Chamber seem to be right up this movie's alley...He seems to be the kind of character that Penn and Kinberg would suggest adding in..

For a while, I used to be a pretty big fan of drawing and skecthing Chamber...This was back in 10th grade.. :p His powers would be very interesting to see on-screen..

Why have they just added a charcter anyway, wouldn't have been in the final battle and it's abit late to add him now.

Such an amazing clip. When Sir Ian gets into something he makes it so utterly convincing. I'm glad that this scene wasn't hacked apart like the Danger Room one. We had a better taste of what was going on here, and it bodes well for the film. The only think I didn't like was the face-painted mutants in the background. Bright green and bright blue. Blah. Everything else was flawless.

If you are talking about Magneto's speech:

Magneto's speech:

They wish to cure us, but I say to you: we are the cure. The cure for that infirmed* perfect condition called 'homo sapiens'. They have their weapons. We have ours [Looks to Jean]. We will strike with a vengeance and a fury that this world has never witnessed. And if any mutants stand in our way, we will use this poison against them. Nothing can stop us!

*not really sure about that word there.

WHAT THE HELL DOES HE SAY,I CAN'T HEAR IT.getting frustrated now-please some one tell me the dialogue.

I totally agree.

The first time he ever used his powers, they blew half his face and upper torso off so he doesnt eat, breath or speak anymore, he communicates psychically with other people and thats why he wears a scarf around his face.

uncannyxmen.net has the best explanation for his powers:

"psionic biokinesis enables him to unleash raw energy discharges that can strike with concussive force or disrupt the binding properties of matter on a sub-atomic level so that it explodes violently"

The clip could've still been hacked up a bit, but nonetheless, it was a good clip...

Can anyone pinpoint the term he used before "condition"? Either I couldn't hear it or I'm just not familiar with the word..

Here's another:

Possesses a furnace of psionic energy in his chest. Able to communicate with others through short-range telepathy, this makes up for the absence of his mouth.

Well. They always give various descriptions of his powers, because I think it's a type of element that doesn't exist as far as real-life biochemist physics go.

Chamber is very unique in that there's literally a hole in him. In his upper torso all the way till to where the lips used to be. He is composed of pure, psi-fire energy, where he can, without the leather bandages he keep protected around himself, unleash enough raw power to level a government building.

Because he cannot eat, talk, kiss, have sex the conventional way and go to the toilet, he has to possess a low-level telepathy which is his only means of communication.

In technical terms, he is 'dead', but the very same power with which he laments is the one that keeps him afloat.

He has a very wry, British sense of humour, but his barbed-wire tendency to write himself off compounded by his mutation which left his then girlfriend in London paralysed from the waist down and ended his promising guitarist and band musician career makes him the epitome of teenage angst.

I personally think, right next to Rogue - they both have curses but which can be exploited and harnessed as talents if they take advantage of to do so. A curse, in that Jonothon Starmore will no longer be able to experience the culinary culture that much of society can do.

It's those little things, like Rogue's 'untouchable' forte, that makes one appreciate even the most base of the five senses that most of us fully utilise on a daily basis.

Chamber is a living furnace, and has a very original, visual power display. And he even has the potential to augment his powers further.

I'm fascinated by him.

Thanks for the descriptions guys. Sounds like an interesting character.

Chamber really is an intriguing character. Synch took his powers once and used them to fly which Jono still cant do, doesnt really do anything for his self esteem either.

Chamber is a perfect example of why the cure is not an option for some mutants, without his powers he'd die just like Logan who would slowly be poisoned by the adamantium.
