Clints is obvisously more of a marksman, but he can throw down when the bow is broken.

But against a Hand trained ninja?

I mean, yeah, he's tough, but there's limits to believability.

But then again, Dr. Strange is on this team, so I guess anything is possible.

Hmmm... that's great and all. In a fight with a bunch of Hand ninja, he'd be dead if it were hand to hand, and he seemingly lacked any sort of heavy edge against them.

Against ninjas, I don't think people like Falcon would do well either, since some people think it's him. But I'm thinkin it could also be Blade. Just the way the new Ronin talks, stands, and fights.....Blade's a martial artist, master swordsman, and has fought armies of vampires

Just one thing, why would Bendis ever use him? He's never shown any special interest in the character before aside from Ult Blade.

Just curious, but...where are you guys getting Hawkeye from? I can't think of a single reason why he would change identities....and i dont recall him being a disciplined martial artist as much as a brawler.

Bendis and Joe have said that Clint would have a new identity and the Hawkeye name is taken.

People seem to forget the characters that have trained Hawkeye and the variety of teams he's been with and trained with. If you want to call Hawkeye's specialty archery you have to remember that he was also trained by the swordsman when he was learning archery. Tony Stark isn't the only one who has benefited from training with Cap. Finally, he's been screwing Wanda; he could have a "No more ninjas" spell in effect and we don't know it.

I'm pretty sure that Ronin I was supposed to be Daredevil, but once everyone and thier dog, and thier dog's cousins kitchen sink guessed the obvious they changed it and made it Echo, someone we would never ever guess.

maybe bendis meant to say something else, or there was a communication error. because while echo did not appear in any marvel movie, some of the comic book issues and imagery that she was a part of WAS in the movie. so maybe bendis didn't really lie.

Nope, they showed it was a person with long black hair at the start. We were supposed to think it was Electra.

After people were pulling out that comment constantly when it came out, it was later stated that it was an error from the reporter who had misquoted Bendis; he didn't make the comment himself.

Read the Marvel Knights vol. 2. Remember... Charlie Huston's Moon Knight (though I love him so far) is FAR more serious a character than Moon Knight ever was. He used to drop all kinds of corny jokes. Just like spider man. A "yo" is in no way out of his character.
