Read the Marvel Knights vol. 2. Remember... Charlie Huston's Moon Knight (though I love him so far) is FAR more serious a character than Moon Knight ever was. He used to drop all kinds of corny jokes. Just like spider man. A "yo" is in no way out of his character.

Charlie Huston writes our Moon Knight, so yes, it would be out of character at this point.

Ok. Read modern Marvel Team Up. The Moon Knight shown there is both "our generation" and more like the old Moon Knight.

yeah, but Kirkman is best at writing Spider-man and Invincible. His characters are always going to be a bit more mouthy.

If Ronin is Hawkeye, I expect some sort of power struggle. I mean, he's lead the Avengers and Thunderbolts.

Yeah, but Dr.Strange led the Hulk, Silver Surfer AND Namor. I dont think we'll see any sort of power struggle. I mean Dr.Strange led Cage at one point anyways. Besides, Hawkeye will probably say "Not like this" and call it a day.

I could care less who the new Ronin is. I like the issue of New Avengers, but I really don't care whose under the mask.

Not really, considering Moon Knight has been an avenger. And on a team with Luke Cage before.

That's all fine and dandy, but going by the fact that he is supposed to be representing Koshuou, the guy who gives him the use of his f**ked up legs, in exchange for him spreading the word about his existence so he can, you know, continue to exist, there really isn't any possible reason he would suddenly up and take on some other identity. I could see him joining the New Avengers, but at this point it would be souly to appease Koshuou. Him being pissed at his boss isn't enough, especially if it means, you know, being crippled again. And it aint like he could keep it a secret from him or anything either.

So, it's not bloody likely, and if it did turn out to be him, it would be a really stupid move going by what they're doing with MK as of right now. Plus, he's too damn cheery. Sure he may have been that way in the past, even during that cameo in Marvel Team up, but all that was before he got his legs torn up, ripped the face off his mortal enemy, and was abandoned by his lord and savior. So, that's why it's most likely not him.

I too don't really care who it is, just as long as it makes sense.
