Ronin is Spiderman. It's the only way to re-mask him, hear me out.

It would be quite easy for the team to temporarily put someone in the Ronin suit with Spider-man around to give the public the idea they are different people, of course then all you need to do is fake Peter Parkers death in front of lots of people.
Parker then spends a little time as Ronin giving the impression the Spider-man death was very real, he then returns to the Spider-Man costume and since he is on the anti-reg side they simply say he is someone else under the mask with no reason to reveal the identity, taking up the mantle of the spider (like the many spider women out there I guess).

Sure readers technically loose the Peter Parker identity but this can place him in a new job setting (perhaps a new magazine/newspaper competing with the bugle) and lead to a new fresh take on him.

Dunno...only really "logical" way to explain Ronin and Re-Mask Peter I can think of right now.

But Ronin asked if everyone really does banter. Cap would know because he already fought with most (of not all) of these people already. I do not think they would put on a show in order to be unsuspecting. So I dont think its Cap or Hawkeye. I think it might be Fury.
