10pm is still during CSI. It is technically CSI until the next show airs.

They are working in conjunction with the CBS networks. CBS doesn't want people watching the trailer and then turning the channel. It is a marketing ploy in order to get more viewers to watch CSI. If you don't say what time the trailer airs, you might get more people watching the show. It clearly says watch the trailer during CSI, and gives no time of the trailer, only the time of the show.

Not many people read the press release which has the actual time the trailer airs.

According to the blog, it will be shown on www.ifilm.com right after its premier on tv; so no need for youtube-ized versions of it.
