Will Peter be aware of the symbiote?

I'm pretty sure what is happening is that Spider-man has just been taken over and he wakes up hanging upside down like the cartoon version.

HOWEVER... the symbiote is altering his perception of his costume so that he won't know that he is wearing the symbiote... aka its fooling him into believing he just randomly woke up outside but nothing else is wrong.

That's my theory.

the symbiote is out for its own survival, he will try to convince Peter it is ok long enough to bond with its host, in this case Peter, so that it can survive. Peter probably knows the suit is different very early but somehow convinces himself it is ok, especially when he sees how much more powerful he is.

You maybe wrong. It could very well be part of the movie and it would be a shame if it wasn't.

This is yet to be proven. This is just a teaser trailer. The Spidey one teaser had him chasing the guy who killed uncle ben in his spiderman costume, when in the actual movie he's wearing his wrestling costume. There's a lot of differences between trailers and final product movies. This could very well turn out as just a regular reflection in the movie.

i dont think the big reveal will come at the end. i think that something will go down with EB taking a pic of spidey in the black suit and then thats when spidey finally realizes what been going on.

Ok this is what I've been thinking. In SM 1 and 2 the suit is two pieces. Parker can take off his mask whenever he wants. In the trailer, you see him ripping the mask off from the rest of the suit, indicating that the suit is one whole piece. I think the the symbiote bonds with him and simply acts as his suit that he wears underneath his clothing. There is not seperate mask for the suit and when he wants to have a mask on or off the symbiote suit will "liquify" around his neck and create the mask or take it off for him respectively.

In order for this to happen though he will have to be aware very early on that the suit is some sort of entity and that was is augmenting his power. He might not know its a symbiote but he will know that the suit is different, special, whatever.

The scene at the end of the trailer is definately the classic, waking up hanging from a building.

The reflection is red & blue, so i think at least at first, he won't realize it's there.

Good points. I was kind of worried when I first saw those pics of him opening his shirt to reveal the black suit, like maybe it wouldn't "ooze" on him, but it seems it will.
