Back In leaked script notes they said wolverine would be found at beging In almost a Batman begins begining state early In film. These pics help prove that.

I think the opening In japan during WWII(assuming It Is opening and not a flashback that happens later) may be part of the 25 percent of script that changed after James Mangold came on as Director

Gotta love the hair clip :woot: Man, this is going to be one long year (til Wolvie) and then anoooooother long year (til Days of Future Past). But I'm sure it'll be loads of fun! We will have 7 X-Men movies by then. Oh yeah.

It wont feel that long. We have the next few months of Wolverine filming, and then DoFP films right after, while we start getting Wolverine promo. :D

If Fox has a film coming for christmas we might get a teaser at end of year.If not I am sure Fox will have some kind of trailer when A Good Day to Die hard opens In February.Last I heard that was when It was suspose to come out.And I am calling It now I am betting the first look at X-men:Days of future Past will come In July 2013 when the Wolverine opens.Pull a card from Marvel's playbook and have preview for that as post credit scene for the Wolverine. That's what I would do to create Intrest.

I firmly expect advertsement to show wolverine In action and have some kind of voice saying "Hugh jackman Is The Wolverine"

I'll still see this but I can't wait for the reboot not impressed with anything I've seen so far

Yeah, I'd like to see Gambit return at some point. Personally I don't exactly care if it's Kitsch or not but I do want Gambit back at some point. At this time thought I'd say he'd appear in one of the X-Men films than a Wolverine one.

It's a little premature to be writing off the entire movie...

Way more excited for this than Days of the future past
That one scares the hell outta me
If first class is anything to go by, they're about to totally change and most likely wreck a classic story

Good thought since I'm pretty certain "Les Mis" is going to get nominated, whether or not Hugh does is another story (fingers are crossed), but he's scheduled to film "Prisoners" after "Wolverine" and the timeline was originally January but haven't read anything about that since the original announcement.[/IMG]

After Les Miserables comes out on DVD I am going to mix Anne Hathaway's parts with The Dark Knights Rises and The Prestige! Obviously the Les Mis scenes will be the dominating narrative. And it will end with prison scene in The Prestige followed by Hugh Jackman's scenes carrying Cosette. :woot:

From the Picton photos, I thought Logan would be carring the Sword of Yashida with him. That would be so cool if it starts with Logan possessing the sword, but he doesn't know how he got it until he travels to Japan and meets Mariko.

Yukon scene details / speculations: (costumes, screaming, rain) video + more pictures

Some of the scenes we saw included a truck anda hardware store during daylight. After a break we saw the crew preparing some night shots, with the action happening in tiny alley next to the same hardware store, where we could hear Hugh screaming, while huge spotlight was placed with a crane illuminating the alley in the night and while some fake rain was introduced in the shot.

first class wasn't suppose to be based off the comic they just used the name for the title cause it sounds cool

if you want to look at comic accuracy go watch xmen 2 when it pertains to a specific storyline - "God Loves Man Kills" they used for X-2

Very much agreed^^

But I'm in the minority that really enjoyed "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," despite some of the movies problems, so I'm biased.

Well I personally enjoyed wolverine more than The Last Stand.I came Into Wolverine solely for wolverine and Hugh Jackman portrayl of Wolverine.Despite some problems I got that.Hugh's performance was not one of the problems.I am always far more critical of the Last Stand than Wolverine.wolverine was prequel spinoff so I only really cared how
they did wolverine. As followup to one of top comic book films ever the Last stan failer miserbly.Since my knowledge of Deadpool exsists from his guest shots in X-Force and Wolverine after his new mutants appearance that wasn't as big to me than others. In X-Men they had Sabretooth who looked like feral version. In wolverine they had Sabretooth who acted like classic Sabretooth.

Neither wolverine nor the Last Stand are In ame league as X-Men,X2,and First Class. If you made me chooce between wolverin and Last Stand to watch I would go with Wolverine.

So far everything looks good with The Wolverine

Is this going to be a reboot or a continuation of X-Men Origins: Wolverine?

It's a film base on Wolverine's Japan storyline...

I've never been this exited for a fox superhero film. Im interested to see how the story goes
