Bella! My favorite northwesterner ever, how you doing? :woot: :hyper:
Immortalfire! My favorite southern gent! :D ;)

After the Hawks win the way they did? Relieved and overjoyed! :D Jets seem to be doing better this season too (touch wood), that makes me happy. Falcons fan, right? Vick was impressive. But then again, being the most expensive man in Football, he better be!

Warrick Dunn's 90 yard touchdown run was the play of the day, even if they did lose.

Yeah, I wish the Rams could have gotten it done. It seemed like Hasselbeck just had his way with the Rams secondary.

I'm proud of the Rams for showing a great effort. But, they better not let anymore big leads slip away...

That Brown FG to win it... man! I thought the Rams would block it! It looked like the ball was only about an inch or two from being blocked completely.
I'd be so disappointed if I was a Rams' fan. That last touchdown seemed like a clincher. But after the getting mauled by the Bears in their last game, I can't take 2 straight losses. Way to go, Hawks!

Are you a Rams' fan? Since you're a Tigers' fan (unless I mistook you for someone else), I thought you'd be a Lions' fan.

Yes, I am. Have been ever since I started watching football, around 7 years ago, right before the Super Bowl season. (What a great game.)

I am a Tigers fan, correct. You are the second person that thought I'd be a Lions fan. The Lions are the only Michigan-based team I do not root for (MSU, Wings, Pistons, Tigers, Rams).

5-8 this week, 20-21 for the year.

Week 7
Carolina @ Cincinatti - Panthers coming off a huge win, Bengals coming off a tough loss. This one will be close.
Detroit @ NY Jets - Two mediocre teams, really hard to say if anyone has the edge. I'll go with the Jets and Laveranues Coles.
Green Bay @ Miami - Brett Favre should have his way with the Dolphins D. The Dolphins can win this game with the proper game plan (Joey Harrington has no business throwing the ball 40 times a game)
Jacksonville @ Houston - This could be another blowout loss for the Texans, who have no defense to speak of.
New England @ Buffalo - Tom Brady is good enough to lead the Pats to victory in spite of a crappy receiving corps (Golden Knight Doug Gabriel excluded, of course)
Philadelphia @ Tampa Bay - The Bucs are riding high after their first win, but Donovan McNabb is just too much for them to handle.
Pittsburgh @ Atlanta - Big Ben is coming back around and the Falcons looked silly last week.
San Diego @ Kansas City - Philip Rivers is quietly having a fantastic season. He'll torch the Chiefs.
Denver @ Cleveland - Daaaa Broncos now have the league's best defense. Charlie Frye will have his work cut out for him.
Arizona @ Oakland - Both teams are awful, but the Cards have something the Raiders don't: a competent quarterback.
Minnesota @ Seattle - I thinkk the Vikings could pull an upset here, but another big day from Matt Hasselbeck and his siock nasty receiving corps seems more likely.
Washington @ Indianapolis - The Colts may look bored, but the Redskins look catatonic.
NY Giants @ Dallas - Eli Manning outguns Drew Bledsoe in a shootout. This one could be a lot closer if the Jones;/Barber tandem is able to produce multiple TDs for Dallas.

Week 7
Carolina vs. Cinncinnati- Carolina. The Bengals lost to the damn Bucs, people!
Detroit vs. New York Jets- Jets
Green Bay vs. Miami- Green Bay
Jacksonville vs. Houston- Jags
New England vs. Buffalo- Patriots, even if the Bills did come close last time
Philadelphia vs. Tampa Bay- Eagles
Pittsburgh vs. Atlanta- The Inconsistency Bowl goes to Pittsburgh
San Diego vs. Kansas City- KC is looking to avenge that awful game against the Steelers, and a home game against a division rival should do the trick
Denver vs. Cleveland- Denver
Arizona vs. Oakland- In what will probably be a battle of kickers, Rackers and the Cards get it
Minnesota vs. Seattle- Seahawks
Washington vs. Indianapolis- Colts, especially after the 'Skins were beaten by the Titans, of all teams
New York Giants vs. Dallas- Giants, especially since the road is usually kind to Eli.

WEEK 7

1.Carolina at Cincinnati-Carolina- they are on a roll that I hope will continue

2.Detroit at N.Y. Jets-Jets-only going with the Jets b/c they are at home...this is a worthless team.

3.Green Bay at Miami-Miami-I WANNA say GB here, but they are so turnover prone and Miami's D is better than GB's

4.Jacksonville at Houston-Jacksonville-they're getting back into the win column

5.New England at Buffalo-New England, although Bills could sqweak one out

6.Philadelphia at Tampa Bay-Philly WILL bounce back after last week

7.Pittsburgh at Atlanta-Pittsburgh-They BETTER win after I went against them last week!

8.San Diego at Kansas City- San Diego-The AFC's new "No.1" team

9.Denver at Cleveland- Denver-I could see Denver blowing this one, except Cleveland wouldn't know what to do with a win

10.Arizona at Oakland- Arizona-They're likely to win this one solely based on Leinart and his performance b/c god knows no one else will step up!

11.Minnesota at Seattle - Seattle-they've gotta win after the big push last week

12.Washington at Indianapolis- C-$ had a gutsy pic going w/Skins, but I'm not betting on them yet...if the skins win, Colts won't make it out of their first round of the playoffs!

13.N.Y Giants at Dallas-Dallas-I just won't bet against my boys' right now, and they HAVE to win this one at home if they want to go to the playoffs!

I was disastrous at 6-7 last week:( Here's hoping for a kind bounce back.

Overall: 28-13

Michigan football is undefeated. The Tigers are in the World Series. The Red Wings are generally a pretty good team. The Pistons have recently won a championship and gotten close since. I think it's about damn time The Lions got off their asses and started being good.

Is there a city where all their teams are good?

7 Sun Oct.22 at Cleveland Cleveland Browns Stadium W 17-7 CBS

Denver is 5-1.... but look at their opponents up to this point!!

Baltimore is not an offensive juggernaut. Raiders, Cheifs and Browns stink on ice.

The Colts will be something like they've never seen this year.

Jacksonville @ Philadelphia - The Jags are beaten down emotionally after their embarassing loss to Houston.

Atlanta @ Cincinnati - Carson Palmer had a quietly good game last week. Plus, Vick won't throw four touchdowns.

Arizona @ Green Bay - It should be a shootout, but Brett Favre's experience gives the Pack the edge

Houston @ Tennessee - Houston is riding high after their convincing win against Jacksonville. If Byron Leftwich couldn't move the ball against them, Vince Young won't either

Seattle @ Kansas City - Experience trumps youth in the battle of the backup quarterbacks

Baltimore @ New Orleans - The Saints will not lose more than once in the Superdome this season. I don't see how their loss would come today.

Tampa Bay @ NY Giants - Eli Manning is good

San Francisco @ Chicago - Rex Grossman should be able to bounce back against the Niners' weak D.

St. Louis @ San Diego - The Chargers have looked vulnerable on defense these past few weeks. Marc Bulger should have a tremendous game.

NY Jets @ Cleveland - The Browns just stink. Leon Washington should rush all over them.

Indianapolis@ Denver - The Broncos are tough at home.

Pittsburgh @ Oakland - This one might be close if the Steelers start Roethlisberger, which it looks like they will. I don't see how he could possibly perform well just a week after suffering a concussion. They should go with Batch.

Dallas @ Carolina - Jake Delhomme and Steve Smith are just going to be too much for the 'boys to handle.

New England @ Minnesota - The Vikings are better than expected and I think they can squeak this one out at home. Also, they have cooler uniforms.
