Night at The Museum 2: Escape from the Smithsonian

looks pretty funny

but is it just me? or is the character animation subpar?

OK, I laughed at this. It was funny. I won't even lie about it, they obviously are going for a much more abstract, almost Adult Swim-like type of humor this time around.

And now the subtitle is Battle of the Smithsonian

Ok I laughed my ass off the Lincoln part was hilarious, plus guys if animation looks off its because the film isnt done yet.

Yeah, I laughed. Especially at the beginning. I liked the first film. I like Ben Stiller. Zoolander kicks ass. Tropic Thunder kicked even more ass. But I hate the title. I preferred 'Escape.'

There's a difference between bad animation and un-finished animation.

clearly it wasn't the latter. :word:

Caught the new trailer in front of Yes Man.

Looks pretty ok...It definitely will have the same light family feel as the first. I'd go see it just for JJ Hill and Bill Hader.

and BTW, Hank Azaria looked huuuge! I know he's been in movies before and always in great shape, but he's really been pumping those guns, eh?

FIYAH POHWAAH!!! :p

When I saw Custer in the Film, who I think looks the best/funniest of the new museum characters, I couldn't figure out who it was...
It's Bill Hader! HA, funniest guy ever.

Him alone makes me want to see this film

Damn, they are really making another one of these?

It was such a dull movie though. I remember seeing tons of copies sitting on the racks at Blockbuster right after it was released.

I saw the tv spot last night and I must admit, It got my attention. Darth Vader? Finally, a movie in recent years that actually has him in it. Overall, the tv spot made this film seem like something I would want to check out.

I remember seeing the first one in theaters the day after christmas and the place was packed and overall I thought it was a fun family movie, that i enjoyed more then i thought I would.

I'll definitely see this. Maybe not in theaters, but if Hank Azaria, Bill Hader, Amy Adams and Darth Vader are in it, then I'm game.

I was wondering why Anakin was in this, then I remembered the Smithsonian has the original suit.

Ben Stiller "Last time I checked this was a free country, so.."
Jonah Hill "No we don't!"
Ben Stiller "We don't?"
Jonah Hill "It's the United States of Don't Touch That Thing Right In Front Of You"

LOL
