my wisdom teeth get taken out tomorrow, not Wednesday! So, I guess I'll be gone for a few days or weeks. The only good thing is that I get Bojangles Buffalo Bites combo tonight for dinner. Mmmmmmmmm.

Definately get them out as soon as possible. Had mine pulled out in July at 20 years old...my lil' bro who's 17 had his pulled at the same time. My recovery period was much longer than his b/c my healing took forever. My bro? He was eatin' solids my the next day.

It took me another 2 weeks.

It's when you run OUT of pain killers that you shouldn't be on the Hype.

I don't need to be on a damn 2 week probation. If I feel like I can come online and not cause any **** or mass chaos, then I will come online. I don't know how I'll react to the pain medicine. It could just take away the pain, make me feel groggy, or make me act like an albino jackass.

Hey you are the one who thinks he will be incapacitated for "weeks". Weeks means more than one so at least 2 minimum that you need to recover from your surgery. And honestly, you will be given 2 medications, one is an antibiotic, the other is a pain killer. I stopped taking pain killers by like the 1st day because it made me naseous. I think you are working this up to be more than it is, it's not vials of morphine for the pain.

Weeks???? I think someone is being a bit dramatic. I had all 4 of mine removed. 2 pulled and 2 cut out. They literally had to slice the one in separate pieces and the other needed to be pulverized to be removed. Needless to say, I slept for 8 hours after the procedure and then the next day I was eating pizza. Be a man about it and you'll be fine. Good Luck!!

dude..its not that bad. at least not for me..you dont feel a thing. the gauze sucks..but thats it. and it get soar..but nothing too bad. at least that was my experience.

Make sure you eat before taking your painkillers. I F'd up and took a Tylenol w/ codine on an empty stomach....felt like an alien was gnawing its way out of my belly.

I think the amount of pain and swelling usually depends on how hard they are to get out. When I got mine out, one side was alright the next day. But the other side was still bleeding a lot for a few days and swollen.

I did puke earlier in a bag...but I am fine. Rested early. I've had fat free pudding, pudding, sugar free pudding, water, and sunny d. All good. I think I'll even watch Eureka and last nights Conan tonight. (Conan=DVR)
