Paul and Elizabeth will have their own panel on Saturday at Ace Comic Con

11:45am A Conversation with Paul Bettany & Elizabeth Olsen: Vision / Scarlet Witch - Hosted by Kevin Smith! (Main Stage)

Avengers Assemble! Join Paul Bettany (Jarvis / Vision) and Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch) for a very special panel hosted by Kevin Smith, as they answer your burning questions on Avengers: Infinity War!

I had to laugh when Lizzie said they all found out about the ending while crammed into a van. :funny:

Evangeline Lilly thinks that Scarlet Witch is getting her own movie:

"When I was working on Avengers, I got to know Brie Larson pretty well, or as much as you can on a film, and her and I talked about it," said Lilly.

She continued: "And of course she's going to be the next titled female superhero, she's going to be Captain Marvel, and I'm sure this will be the beginning of many, many more titled Marvel films. Black Widow. Scarlet Witch."

I'd rather see Scarlet Witch than Black Widow. I feel that we've seen dozens of movies like Black Widow before, or a whole series of Agents of SHIELD.

Word! I think SW is more interesting anyways. Come to think of it... If not a solo then a team up movie. Seeing the adventures of Wanda and Vis might be cool

Marvel has been doing this anyways. Its like Raekwon Ft. Ghostface killah, give us more team up movies!

IA. BW's time has come and gone. Its time for newer characters to get the time in the spotlight. Especially with the X-men and the FF to be added to the MCU lineup in the coming years, Id rather a character like SW get a film than BW. Frankly though while I like Wanda, Im not sure she can carry her own film or what the premise would even be. Pairing her up with someone might be for the best

Here's my idea:

SCARLET WITCH
Director: Jennifer Kent

Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch/Chthon
Helen Mirren as Agatha Harkness
Paul Bettany as Vision
Al Pacino as voice of Chthon
Peter Capaldi as Modred the Mystic
Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange

Wanda Maximoff travels to Mount Wundagore after seeing a vision of Pietro there in a dream, where she encounters a mysterious sorcerer, who lures her into the dark, terrifying world of the Flickering Realms, where the being who claims to decide her destiny awaits. Wanda must face her inner demons and reclaim her destiny from those who would turn her to darker paths.

I'd watch the hell out of that.

Rewatched Infinity War last night, and I got thinking; Wanda was powerful enough not only to destroy the mind stone on Vision, but also to hold off Thanos (with a working bunch of other stones) in the process.

Why not just save Vision, and destroy the stones that Thanos had? :p

it was implied that she was able to destroy the mind stone bc her powers originate from it. There was no indication that she could have done that to the other 5. It was moot anyway since Thanos had he time stone and would have just reversed time like he did.

Not if she destroyed the Time Stone first, and yeah, you're right in that her powers originated from the Mind Stone, I just figured all the Stones shared the same energy, being that they're of the same origin.

Vision refers to a "sufficient power source", implying Wanda is using her own source of power.

Agamotto is not powered by the Time Stone, yet his Eye is able to control it. It's the same thing with Wanda.

Vision is the Mind Stone. At the end of the film it is clearly shown that Banner and Shuri are completely wrong about Vision.

I'm not convinced of that. Wasn't it suggested that only part of Vision was the Mind Stone? The reason for his death was because Thanos ripped the stone from his head.

For comparison, if someone came along and cut off your arm, you'd likely bleed out and die, whereas if you had your arm surgically removed (like Shuri was trying to do with the stone) you'd be patched up and live on.

There's no specific indication that Vision was [only] the Mind Stone. It's the fact it was ripped from his head that killed him.

Give us a SW Vision film please.

If you create six Visions and stick an Infinity Stone into each body, will each of them express a personality?

I actually wasn't crazy about the Scarlet Witch/Proxima deleted scene. I liked the horror vibe but it made Wanda look weaker by hiding, even if all she was doing was trying to assess the situation. I like the cut they went for in the film.

What Scarlet/ Proxima deleted scene are you talking about?
