It was good to see Psycho Matt. You figure after screwing a post-op transexual, getting his ass kicked (and pissed on) by the post-op's crew and hooking up with a racist chick and her wack-job father, that this kid would learn to listen to the adults around him. Oh no, not ol' Matty! This is gonna be fun.

I see that this season will feature a heavy dose of plots/undertones involving Christian and homosexuality.

God, I can't stand Annie.

I'm not understanding the hatred for Annie on the boards. Grant it she's not a great actress, but she is only a little girl and she's hardly ever on an episode.

Her age has nothing to do with it. Of course, that's pretty much her only contribution, being "the cute little girl". She serves no purpose. You're right she's hardly ever in an episode and whenver they do trot her out for an appearance, it's something transparent and moronic.

She has no character development, no story arc and again, serves no purpose. In a show that has made its mark by focusing on the complexities and dynamics of some of the most f'ed up charcaters ever on TV, she's miserably out of place. Either utitlize her as more of an emotional anchor, serving to contrast the show's usual flair, with the innocence of a child or just kill her off and use as another reason as to why Sean and Julia's marriage is so jacked up.

Everyone was great.
I was wondering about a Matt/Kimber relationship, also.
I loved Christian and Kimber's confrontation.
The Scientology was a nice twist, though.

Well, I was pissed Tuesday. Not ONLY could I NOT watch NT, BUT I had been waiting for it ALL week. Then, my son of gun sateliite goes out RIGHT at 10. I was beyond pissed.

SO...I'm going to catch the episode's rerun this weekend.
