That was an interesting way to end season 5. It's apparent how the show was affected by the writer's strike because the last episode just felt really rushed. I know they're coming back with 8 more episodes which was supposed to be the remainder of this season, but that was just a really, really odd way to end a season.

Colleen's been busted by the cops how many times now and she manages to sneak into the office with a knife and stab Sean during surgery? I mean come on after all the s**t she pulled wouldn't you think they'd lock her up and throw away the key by now?

I don't want to say it was a bad ending, just a weak one.

Sean didn't look like he was going to press charges after she broke onto the set. Then she disappeared after she put the body in his closet. The police thought she was in Mexico because of her passport.

So by the time the police had reason and the ability to arrest her, she was MIA and planning to stab Sean.

I honestly don't think the strike effected it at all. Yes it was a weird way to end the season but I think it fits right along with the show. Season 2 ended with that huge cliff hanger, this one just ended with like 3 instead.

Crazy great episode last night. too bad I saw all that coming.

Crazy episode. I hope Colleen didn't hurt Liz. :(

Poor Annie better not be the one that wakes up and finds Sean. :(

Also I'm convinced Colleen is either....

A) A crazy superpowered granny

or

B) A ninja

How the hell has she went undetected and did all this **** she's done?

Gotta be a ninja! The woman's been everywhere and nowhere, and she managed to stealthly stow that dead agents body in Christian and Sean's apartment. The writers really didn't think about the logistics of Colleen's post restraining order appearances. You'd think the cops would have started keeping tabs on her after she showed up on the Hearts and Scalpels set.

The season finale was weak.

The paparazzi dealings and the Jennifer Coolidge subplots were nice in paralleling all the Hollywood ****ing that Sean and Christian have undergone this season (though the accident was overkill) and was capped nicely with Liz essentially telling both of them to get their heads out of their asses. Nearly everything beyond that was either predictable or cliché; the amnesia deal, Christian screwing the amputee, crazy Colleen doing something ...crazy, which was entirely transparent as soon as Liz left the room and Sean kept babbling. The only things that came as a surprise to me were that Annie didn't annoy me and Matt managed to show some restrain and reason by not immediately going back for seconds with his sister.

Though the season break was planned here all along, this comes off as poor execution. A cliffhanger ending is one thing. Throwing a bunch of stuff into the mix and effectively saying "See ya next season!" is another.

I kind of agree. And what an odd visual it was to get a bird's eye view of Christian bangin' Mama Legless! Looked like he was bangin' an uncooked turkey!

How crazy would it be if the last 8 episodes really were the end and Sean died, just like that? God. That'd be bold of em. :o

Won't happen though.

hilarious:woot:

I really hate Matt. He is disgusting. Woman who plays Collen is an awesome actress though she plays bat**** so good.

I've seen better NipTuck I've seen better. :o

Sharon Gless, from Cagney and Lacey, and most recently Burn Notice. Yeah, she's been great.

I say it now...if Sean by some freak 10 percent chance dies by this we mark this day as the day we coined the phrase:

CAGNEY PAWNS MCNAMARA.

...

OK, I'll say it.

...yep and he sure stuffed that bird! :hehe:
Oh! Giggity, giggity, giddity, goo! :star:

I thought about that, especially if these last 8 episodes are going to be the end of the show. I think it'd be hard to not make the rest of the show totally suck. Beyond that, I doubt the producers have sack enough to try it. :o

Also one more thing, was it too much for me to be hoping for Julia and Eden to die? :(

Eden really does need to die.

I thought of something, what if Ollie is now in on this **** too? What if somehow Ollie made it so Julia has amnesia so she wouldn't squeal on her daughter. She was into all that new age medical **** and we know Eden has access to fatal chemicals .

I did love Christian saying that of his three children, the only one he's had an active role in raising is the one that isn't even his biologically. That's definitely saying something. Arguably, Wilbur's the only one with a real chance of growing up to be a relatively normal member of society. Matt is beyond screwed, and Emi's now got a whole other layer of baggage to deal with. Ironic, considered she was so desperate to fix her face and give herself a shot at being relatively normal. Now she's got to deal with being in love with her own brother!!

Well... technically the future episode wasn't debunks since Julia is still alive.

I'm perfectly fine with the finale. It was crazy and full of stuff, but i liked it. It fit in with the rest of the show.

I don't think Olivia caused Julia to have amnesia, but she definitely looked relieved when she was telling the doctors about what was wrong with her.

yeah same here. I didn't hate the finale. I liked it. I thought it was done normally as past finales for the show. Kind of reminiscent of season 2 finale with the Carver attacking Christian. I have no idea how the future episode plays into this episode. Was the future episode definite or just a possible route of what could happen. I think it's a possible route because if it was definite, then why have Sean get stabbed at all? What would be the point? Everybody would know that he would be okay. So I'd like to think that the future isn't certain and has changed so that it's possible Sean may not come out this episode alive. Just my thinking.

No one knows if the future episode is true or not. Most people don't think it is. But that's where the drama comes from. Because we don't know if the future episode is true, anyone could be off'd at any given point.

Even though I think it would be pretty crazy/awesome if by the end of the show all the characters are dead, I'd rather the future episode be true.

The amnesia thing was a little too convenient for my liking. Again, I'm not saying it was bad, it just felt really rushed to me...like there was no much going on and some of it didn't even fit in the episode.

amnesia probably doesn't even exist. You know ollie convinced her that eden made a mistake and that if she turns her in, that's the end of her. If she calls it a suicide, no one really gets hurt.

Yeah, a mistake.

"You poisoned me for weeks and then put a bullet in my head at near-point blank range, but I know you didn't really mean to hurt me." :lmao:

thats exactly what i thought.
they wouldnt have showed that scene of eden asking ollie for help unless it was important

i bet ollie told julia to act like she has amnesia or someone would be killed
(ie shaun, christain, julia herself, or shaun and julias daughter)

so who enjoyed watching Christian bang that chick, lol?
