Itll be pretty kool to see Ava come back (possibly) But we really really needa see The Carver and his sister one more time before series end. I just really havent enjoyed the show that much at all since the carver storyline wrapped up. But hes still out there sans penis and everything! We need good ol Dr Costa back damnit

As much as I love Quentin, Kit, and the whole Carver storyline, I think they should let it rest. It would feel kind of forced in they popped up in L.A. where Sean and Christian are.

Last time we saw Quentin and Kit, they were in Spain, staying at a swanky hotel hunting for their next victim. It's cool to think the Carver is still out there somewhere.

The Carver needs to stay gone. Season 3 was one of the worst of the series, IMO.

Season 3 was terrific, IMO. The Carver slicing up Miami, the Christian/Kit/Kimber three way, Matt assaulting a transsexual, Matt dating the nazi chick, Quentin banging patients in the O.R., Julia and Gina making the semen face cream for Joan Rivers, Kimber being abducted by the Carver before her wedding and having all her plastic surgeries reversed by him etc. Some great stand alone stories, too, like that big fat woman stuck to her couch, the guy who wanted his leg amputated, Julia suffocating that plane crash victim she thought was her mother, and Christian finding his birth mother.

It was a terrific season. I think the only letdown was that Quentin, who was the obvious suspect, being the Carver. But after the initial disappointment wore off, I don't mind it. Quentin was a terrific character, and so was Kit McGraw. I loved the twist of her being his sister. And their incest was sick. True Nip/Tuck style.

I think Season 4 was the worst season. Christian's affair with that black woman, Michelle. Jacqueline Bisset as the organ thief. Julia having an affair with a midget!!!! All the dreary crapola with baby Conor's deformed fingers. And the most ludicrous of all, Matt and Kimber getting together in the scientology group. Oh and that stupid episode futuristic episode.

Season 4 was definitely the worst... they had no idea where to go after the Carver storyline and the Matt/Tranny assault/neo-nazi thing. And it showed. Fortunately, the show found itself again when they went to L.A.

What saved season 4 for me was the return of Escobar and they finally concluded the storyline with him. I also loved the season 4 finale with the throwback to the end of the pilot episode and Sean and Christian standing by the Hollywood sign at the end of the episode. Season 3 remains to be the worst overall season. The Carver was good in small doses (like in season 2) but having a whole season dedicated to him was a bad idea. Not to mention the big reveal at the end. I remember them hyping it up and saying it's someone you least suspect. Seasons 1 and 2 are still the best, IMO. The best finale has been the season 2 finale.

I agree. They had set such a high standard with those great storylines, and when they were done, they tried other stuff like an organ harvest ring run by Jaqueline Bisset, Julia screwing a midget, Matt and Kimber hooking up in scientology, and Christian shagging Rosie O'Donnell!!!!

Bloody terrible. Big step down from the previous three seasons.

Keeps things interesting. Colleen Rose was one of the best things about season 5. I can't say the same for Teddy in season 6 though.

You make it sound like it's something new. The whole Escobar/Sylvio Perez thing was one of the first plots introduced in the series. There's always been a killer around McNamara and Troy

The Escobar and Sylvio Perez was the best storyline of the series. I do miss the Miami days. Makes me want to go back and rewatch seasons 1 and 2.

I thought this was the best ep of the season. The look on Teddys face, when she runs back into the camper and realizes that not only have both Sean and the kids escape death, but that there's no one there to help her against the nut job that wants to kill her, is priceless!

Sean must be the most naive s.o.b in the world. He saw all the windows were locked, and saw the camper hooked up to pump carbon monoxide in the cabin, his wife is gone..yet he doesn't put two and two together (by the looks of next week)..?

And finally the Matt storyline is building into something!

Season 3 is WITHOUT A DOUBT the WORST season of Nip/Tuck... in my opinion. Season 4 was pretty bad too. Season 2 is by far my favorite. Ava <3
