Matt's not that smart. He was too motivated by desperation to keep it up longer than he ultimately did. Trying to jack a liquor store at night was a rookie mistake. He should have stuck to coffee shops and dry cleaners during the day.

The latest episode, while funny, was pretty pointless. It didn't advance any stories in any way.

This season has been a mixed bag so far. It's been all over the place with it's storylines.
