I think he's talking about this:

I would prefer that style. But maybe next time.

Oh wow, I've never seen that before.

Really? I think it was shown at E3 in 2011 so like 5 months before SS came out or something to show what a Zelda could look like on the next Nintendo system or something meaning wii u now.

So would I has I love the more realistic art sytle but at the end of the day its not a game killer at all has ever Zelda game has a great soundtrack, story ect.

After Spaceworld, I know to expect the unexpected from Nintendo when it comes to Zelda.

Yeah I know that space world looked a lot different then what we ended up with for wind waker. I do have to say form what we have seen form Zelda wii u so far it dose look quit nice!

I actually prefer the more stylized look of games like Wind Waker and Skyward Sword. The Gamecube WW still looks good to this day, it's visuals still hold up and that's because of the style. Ultimately, the WiiU can't compare graphically to the Xbone and PS4 so it makes a ton of sense for them to make it look stylized rather than photo-realistic. Just my thoughts on the matter at least.

I do like skyward sword art style has it is like a combination of realistic and cartoon look but the more realistic the better to me even though yeah a more stylized look adgest a lot better.

Remember when everyone hated Wind Waker and called it "Cellda"? Now they all love it.

I loved it as soon as I saw it. Admittedly, I was young when it came out (7th grade I think) so I wasn't all that concerned that it was "kiddy".

Yeah I always accepted Wind Waker and thought it was great. I have friends though that claimed to hate it, called it Cellda (it was done online too) and now all of the sudden love it and rank it in your their top five.

I never hated Wind Waker, but I had mixed feelings about the graphics style. I actually thought it had the best characterization of the three main characters.

Skyward Sword is probably my favorite art style of any Zelda game thus far. Good balance between cartoony and real, and it seemed to fit the franchise best. I really don't dig the gritty, darker Zelda art style.

I'm glad it's getting the appreciation it deserves. It really is a great game and, were it not for the Triforce Hunt, I may have considered it the greatest Zelda game.

Undoubtedly.

Yeah. Skyward Sword really is the best mix of graphics. It's got the fantasy story like WW but the adult-ness of OoT.

Although MM is dark and gritty.. and it's my favorite. I guess that's more story line though.

Story line wise I like MM best, as it seems to break away from the traditional Zelda mold. I'm really curious how close to the usual story tropes the Wii U Zelda sticks to. Also really want an official title for the game.

I really enjoyed MM but I don't consider it a Zelda game, the only thing that felt Zelda to me was the art. the story line and game play felt very different, still a 9/10 game in my books, just really wish we had gotten a proper sequel to OoT at the time. (fans were screaming for this.)

As for the wind waker - I don't think everyone jumps to the "cellda" and likes it now, I'm still not a fan, but I get that a different generation would like it more than the realistic one that we had been promised that was going to be on the game cube. Sad they scrapped that one, and went the complete other route to that cell shaded version, I look at Zelda especially after Majoras Mask to really go into a more adult/late teen game adventure game, that still had the fun of being able to be played by kids, and that's where windwaker failed hard for me, it felt a lot more kid game that was adult friendly, instead of adult game that was kid-friendly.

I never played skyward sword...but I may have access to a WII U, is it worth playing? It's the first zelda in a long time that I never played, and the new one has me really wanting to play it, it looks phenomenal.

Skyward Sword was a chore to get through IMO. It’s the only Zelda game that I actually did not enjoy. It’s monotonous, has clunky controls, and is very slow.

So no, I'd say it's not worth playing.

Yeah, MM had a great story. For me it’s a tossup between MM and WW when it comes to the story. If I had to choose, I’d say WW simply because it gave Ganondorf some much needed depth.

Also, Wind Waker gave Link a pretty cool personality with all his goofy faces.

I feel that OOT is greatly over rated. Don't get me wrong.. I love it, but I in no way feel th game is the measuring stick that all Zelda games should be measured against.

OOT is a lot like Super Mario 64 in that I respect what it did for its respective genre and just gaming in general for the 3D era, but it's not one of my favorites, either. I enjoy it, but there's several other titles I enjoyed a good deal more.

This. It's a fantastic building block for the franchise, but is not the be all, end all of Zelda games so many make it out to be.

I was 13 when it come out so I guess I was in like 8 grade that year.

To me it is the best game ever made

Yeah I cant believe that we don't have an official titled seemds odd to me. I thought it would be one of the first things we would now about the game.
