It is funner than the average Warriors game to me, but it is still very much a Warriors game, though. I generally find I can't play it for more than an hour or so at time before I get rather bored.

So I figured I would ask this hear because I think this is like the most active Nintendo thread. Has any one in the past have issues with the montion controller on the wii wigging out on them? A while back when I was trying to beat SS towards the end of the game I basicly couldn't play the game has like ever 2 minutes the controller would start to wig out on me where all of a sudden link would start to run a certain way like I was telling him to even when I wasn't doing any thing. I thought It was the controller so I got a new controller and it doesn't happened has much but it still happens quit a bit. I have been trying to go though SS a second time but now I cant because on the first level boss my guy keeps trying to run into the wall. Could it be that I need a new wii monition bar? Is it maybe the system the self? I swear I always have had terable luck with video game systems. I had 2 game cubes that stoped reading disk. A ps3 that got the YLOD and ever sinces I got my wii day one when I turn it on like half the time I get now pitcher and if I try to reset the system nothing happens. So like half the time I have unplug the system plug it back in and then push the power bottom to be able to play the wii.

If the problem is your guy running the wrong direction, the issue might be your nunchuck.

While I got a new controller and a nunchuch at one point in time and was still having the issue some. I just tried to plugh the wii u monition bar into the wii not long after I posted this and for a few minutes that I played the controller didn't wig out on me so it may be the monition bar for the wii is broken will have to play more and see.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D Producer Gets All Into The Doggy Racetrack. February 2, 2015 . 1:00pm

To test the waters, Aonuma goes with an odd-colored purple dog, and bets just 10 Rupees.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D producer Eiji Aonuma previously showed off his skills in the game’s shooting gallery as part of a video introduction series. This time, he gives us a tour of the Doggy Racetrack.

[YT]uAkBPrVBDGE[/YT]

In order to get to the Doggy Racetrack, you’ll need to head outside of Clock Town at the Romani Ranch. Once Aonuma gets there, he decides to not give little Romani his name, which prompts her to call him Grasshopper-kun. We then get a first look inside the Doggy Racetrack, where you can see Mamamu Yan giving an explanation on what it’s about, and how you’ll need to bet at least 10 Rupees in order to participate.

The race is pretty simple. You won’t do any of the racing for yourself, but it’s pretty much like horseracing, where you choose a dog and take it to Mamamu to make the bet. 1st place gets triple the money, 2nd gets double, and anywhere from 3rd to 5th gets their money back, so it’s actually quite generous.

To test the waters, Aonuma goes with an odd-colored purple dog, and bets just 10 Rupees. While it starts off fine, the purple dog doesn’t do too well in the end. Similar to the previous video, Aonuma is offered a challenge: win 1st place using the Mask of Truth. The Mask of Truth helps you read the dog’s mind, so you can get a better idea of how the dog will perform in the race. After getting a few confident comments from various dogs, Aonuma decides to go with the dark dog that says that he has to win for his wife and child.

The producer hopes the dog will win for the sake of his family, but in the end, it just isn’t good enough finish in the top spot. Next, he tries going with a dog that had the most confident-sounding comment, but it still isn’t good enough.

In the end, Aonuma tells himself that he’ll follow his heart, and goes with the dog that is running for his family, as he figures that if he keeps trying a dog with the same comment, they’re bound to eventually win.

On his fifth try, he’s feeling a little more confident and goes with 50 Rupees. Unfortunately, he doesn’t win 1st place, but manages to get 2nd to double his Rupees. Hopefully he’ll have more luck with the next mini-game.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D will release in North America and Europe on February 13, 2015 for the Nintendo 3DS.

Zelda Producer Eiji Aonuma Tries Out The Mental Training Mini-Game Majora’s Mask 3D

By Sato . February 4, 2015 . 3:01pm The Legend of Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma tries his hand at another of Majora’s Mask 3D’s mini-games.

In the previous episode of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D’s video introduction series, we saw producer Eiji Aonuma get all into the game’s Doggy Race Track. In the latest video in the series, he gives the Postman’s Mental Training mini-game a try.
[YT]h_G2L_P4tdk[/YT]

The video starts out with Aonuma providing a short introduction to the Postman, who works for Clock Town’s postal service, and always does his best to make it on time for his deliveries. Upon stepping inside the Postman’s home, you can immediately see him doing his Mental Training on his bed, and he asks Link to not bother him while he’s in the middle of it. He then explains that his image training is about imagining himself running for exactly ten seconds.

The Postman says that it might sound silly, but it’s actually rather difficult, and asks Link if he’d like to try it for himself. The rules are pretty simple: all you have to do is press A to start, then again to stop when you count down to 10. However, the clock goes away after a couple of seconds, so the rest is up to your own timing.

Aonuma overshot the first time by over a second, as he was thrown off by the disappearing clock. On the next attempt, he went a little over again, but he explains that he used a trick he learned when he was in school, by counting in his head like “One, zero, two, zero, three, zero,” and so on. He tries again, and on the third attempt is still off by .73 of a second.

After seeing how he got close enough to 10 seconds, Aonuma asks if that’s good enough for now, but is then asked, “are you sure?” To which he responds with “so, that means no.”

Next, he tries saying it out loud, but that completely throws him off, making it go to 12.53 seconds. Aonuma then notices that the Postman can be seen nodding his head on the side, and it’s actually quite accurate when you count down along with his head. He decides to give his new trick a shot, but is then thrown off by the clock. Finally, the staff offers to let him use the Bunny Hood, which makes the clock stay on the screen.

Even with the Bunny Hood, it’s still a matter of timing, and Aonuma continues to struggle getting it down. Perhaps it could have something to do with his age making it difficult for him, as he previously mentioned during the Shooting Gallery mini-game.

He then continues to screw up a few more times, but to his disbelief, he finally gets it down on his 23rd attempt. Aonuma is totally ecstatic upon realizing that he made it, and says that he’s so happy, he feels that his happiness from the accomplishment will last him all day.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D will release in North America and Europe on February 13, 2015 for the Nintendo 3DS.

It's a holy **** thing, but I think this part of the article should be highlighted:

As it is still seeking a writer to work on the series, Netflix has a long road to travel before a “Legend of Zelda” series actually becomes a reality. It’s also possible that Netflix or Nintendo will kill the project before it gets off the ground.

It sounds to me like the gun is being a jumped a little in the report, because it doesn't seem like it's set in stone if there's still potential for it to be killed before it makes it to the screen.

Yeah sounds like a jumped gun. If true, awesome, but like I said, I'll believe it when I see it. Of all Nintendo's IP's Zelda and Metroid are probably the easiest to adapt. Metroid even more so than Zelda.

Really? I kind of think adapting Metroid to the screen would be pretty hard overall.

The hell???

Really interesting if this gets made. Though the description of "Game of Thrones for kids and families" made me get a bit sick. No other buzzwords to use? Because other than being a fantasy setting, there is no way the two are anywhere close to each other.

Netflix has been accused of making a Game of Thrones with Marco Polo. The professional critics savaged it but I think the show has a charm to it even if Marco is among the less interesting elements of the show.

I preemptively feel pity for the guy that gets cast as Link if they go through with it.

I dropped Netflix awhile back, so I haven't seen much of their original programming.

Oh, and Link has to be like '80s ('90s?) cartoon dirty perv Link.

Nintendo is fiercely protective of their ****.

Nintendo is fiercely protective of their ****.

For some odd reason, since 1993 they haven't exactly been open to live action versions of their characters...

I have no idea why.

Maybe they want to see the immediate fan reaction?

I heard that people at Nintendo were not particularly thrilled with the results of the Mario movie. Not sure if they were unhappy with the box office results, or the film itself.

On the other hand, several Nintendo people are Lord of the Rings fans, so maybe that brought them around.

Both.

Well, I mean, what were they expecting exactly? What would a good live action Super Mario Bros. movie look like?

A good live action Zelda is plausible. Highly unlikely, in my opinion, but I can conceive it.

****, Punch-Out is more feasible. You find some fresh faced young guy for Little Mac, and go with the Dick Tracy-esque makeup effects for the boxers.
