Likely. I did enjoy it and all. It was just a little to bleak for my tastes. Granted nearly every modern Zelda game freaks me out with some character designs and dungeon layouts :o

I take it you're not a fan of Majora's Mask then? As it makes Twilight Princess look positively sunny and full of rainbows.

Haha, i think Majora's Mask makes a lot of "bleak" games seem like they're full of rainbows. Game was/is so intense. Absolutely love it.

I do like MM and I'm still on it for my Wii U...still depressing mind yeesh :wow:

If they do remake Twilight Princess, I think it'd be best to wait for their next home console.

Are we talking remake or remaster? Because I don't really agree with remaster, I think the Wii U is a good home for that since WW already got the treatment. If we're talking a full remake, I don't particularly want that to ever happen.

Well, I've seen people throw the word remake around pretty liberally. I wouldn't consider Oot 3DS a remake, but people have called it that.

The only 3D Zelda I can see get a remake would be Ocarina of Time, but even that wouldn't happen any time soon.

It's a bit in-between. It does use assests from the N64 game, but I know they did a lot of work to it, including redoing the textures and animations. You can tell a lot of work into it when you put it and the original N64 title side-by-side. But I would probably still call it a remaster instead, since it wasn't really built from the ground up.

The HD remaster to Wind Waker was more basic. Probably had more work put into than average for a remaster, but I don't think anything was out and out redone outside some of the Tingle stuff.

I disagree. Quality of the game aside, I'm not a fan of remastering a game that is only a single generation old. Admittedly, TP is an older game so it isn't nasrly as bad as remastering, say, The Last of US; but I'm still not a fan.

Technically, you are correct, but considering how it was developed on the GCN first, and then ported to the Wii and delayed only to make sure it released there first, I'm willing to look at it as actually two generations old as a crossgen port. We had so many games remastered from that era, I don't think it's that bad. Not to mention, Wind Waker was from that same gen and got a remaster already.

I can already play TP on my Wii U. So, making it HD is nice (especially with convention controls), but I would much rather have it ported to the New 3DS.

I would also love a new 3D Zelda for the New 3DS, but I doubt that will happen for various reasons.

I know you do, but I've already outlined why it's unlikely and not suited to the hardware already. If TP gets any kind of remaster, I'll be surprised if it's not a HD remaster for the Wii U. Hell, as I said before, pretty sure the team said they already did testing for TP HD before they started WW to see which would be easier to do so they probably plan to start on it as soon as Zelda U is done.

And I think we could still get one more mainline Zelda title for the 3DS. They generally come in pairs. Unless you meant not top down and more in the style of console Zeldas, because yeah, that I really wouldn't expect.

How? :hmm

Ah, I should have realised :hehe:
That's because I've only got it for GG :p
yeah it's called Wii Mode. you switch back & forth like something similar to some certain pc Operating systems. this was just put up.

Eiji Aonuma Takes A Shot At The Shooting Gallery In The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D. January 21, 2015 . 1:00pm

Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma puts his Octorok shooting skills to use, as he challenges the Shooting Gallery in Majora’s Mask 3D.

In the first part of the video introduction series for The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D, producer Eiji Aonuma walked us through Clock Town. In the second video, he puts his Octorok shooting skills to use, as he challenges the Shooting Gallery.

After a brief introduction, Aonuma begins by saying “before anything, there’s something I need to tell you guys—I really suck at video games. Out of everyone on the Zelda staff, I am probably the worst at this mini-game. Please don’t expect any super feats.”

He then pays the 20 Rupees to take a shot at the Shooting Gallery, to see how well he can perform while on the spot. The goal is to hit the red targets, but not the blue ones. The record is at 42, and Aonuma plans to do his best to try beating it within the given 1 minute and 15 seconds.

He says that reflex-based games like these become tougher as you get older, but it definitely looks like Mr. Aonuma gets into it, and he’s actually not half bad using the Gyro controls. In the end, Aonuma is satisfied with his new record of 47 hits; however, the victory is short-lived, as he is then told to try getting a perfect of 50 hits, to which he responds with a laugh, saying “oh, please.”

In his second attempt, Aonuma is shown a little less relaxed than the previous run, but he comes so close to getting the perfect game. He says he got a little too nervous and ended up missing the very last Octorok.

Third time’s the charm, though, as he manages to get all 50 kills, and a Piece of Heart, on his third try. He’ll attempt to challenge another mini-game on the next video of the ongoing Majora’s Mask 3D video introduction series. We’ll be sure to cover that when it happens.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D will release in North America and Europe on February 13, 2015 for the Nintendo 3DS.

The Zelda test footage thing that was basically TP in HD that was shown in like 2011 created so much buzz to that I think a lot of people want to see a full game that looks like that hences TP HD.

I haven't played much of the handheld Zelda's has I am not big when it comes to handheld system. The only handheld systems I have are game boy color and 3ds but when it comes to console Zelda's my best to worst I would go like this.

1. Ocarina of time - best story, music and dungeons and is one if not the hardest Zelda games.

2. TP - second best story, second best music and dungeons but it is like the easiest Zelda game though

3. Link to the past - was the first Zelda game I played

4. SS- I thought it would maybe be like 3 instead of 4 at first at one point on my first play though but the story wasn't that good compared to a lot of Zelda games and the boss where to repetitive and most Zelda games have 8-10 dungeons and this game only had 7.

5. Wind waker - has probly the 3erd best soundtrack but even though I love the game I didn't care for the art style and kind of like SS a shorter Zelda game.

6. Zelda four swords - kind of like link to the past but not has good though.

7. MM - this Zelda game I haven't played much of it has I kind of found the game to be to hard has I couldn't even figure out how to get to the first dungeon in the game

8. Zelda 2

9. The legend of zelda

I'm not sure what you're referring to here, what I'm talking about had no shown footage that I'm aware of. Are you talking about the Spaceworld tech demo? That was way before 2011 though, like 2000 or 2001.

Man I still remember the giddy feeling I got when I saw that footage for the first time.

Here's that footage y'all are talking about.
