It's still early but C.J. Wilson is getting lit up. Pretty hilarious with the fan catching and throwing it back immediately.

I just got done watching the Espn film Catching Hell. I can't believe how pathetic Cubs fans were when that happened. I mean come on, Bartman did absolutely nothing wrong. Alex Gonzonalez was the one that booted the easy double play which kept the inning going. Everything about that was pathetic, not only the fans but the media was almost worst. The media should have easily said no it wasn't his fault, if you wanna blame someone blame Prior's horrible passed ball or Gonzonalez's terrible boot but nope they all hopped on the blame Bartman bandwagon.

I have to catch that when I'm home next week.

Also, Tony Reagins is out as the Angels GM. A year too late, IMO.

^I'm still laughing at the Vernon Wells deal.

It's only Game 1 but the great Rangers offense was just smothered by Matt Moore.

Yeah, Reagins had too many bad contracts dealt as Angels' GM, so the team is right for firing him after missing two consecutive playoff appearances. And Francona is out as BoSox's manager, as well.

That's how I remember it when it happened - no one stepped up and made it clear that it wasn't his fault. I remember at one point the governor of IL said he wouldn't forgive him for it, and this is the same governor who had recently commuted the death sentences for the state's prison inmates. It was ridiculous how that was allowed to continue the way it did.

I saw a rough cut of Catching Hell a few months ago, I have to catch up to the final version. Just the part I saw was infuriating.

I like how they interviewed the guy who threw the beer at him (or at least I think it was him) and he never once apologized or said he felt bad about doing it.

I can't believe how fat Sabathia is.

Omg, he is massive. I went to the ALCS last year and had really good seats (for once), he's like a giant out there.

And he lost weight going into this season, I remember everyone going on about how Joba gained all the weight that CC had lost.

If he was football lineman, it might be different. But no pitcher should have that kind of gut

If it was so obvious it was gonna rain why did they start this game? Chances are both aces will be out if it goes on long enough.

Although David Wells is diabetic now.

Rain?! Seriously?!

Its the Yankees. The MLB would never have the Yankees play during the day during the playoffs

A 7:00 or 7:40 start time would be fine. Just one hour earlier makes a huge difference.
