Actually, the correct term is 'dubok'. The reason for the difference is that 'dubok', like Tae Kwon Do is Korean where as 'gi' is Japanese.

Is that right? I knew Tae Kwon Do came from Korea, but I just always assumed they adopted some of the same names and practices from Japanese martial-arts. Learn something new every day.
