Can this even work? I would think it would take years before people even got over DBE.

I don't think it will be hard for a few hundred people to get over it so soon and welcome a better, more accuarte story if that is indeed the plan.

I'd take this with a grain of salt but if it has any validity its definitely a step in the right direction not to make a direct continuation of DB:E and star anew on a blank slate.

I'm still completely skeptical because this is Fox and even if it does come into fruition who's to say Fox won't hire talent like Wong and Ramsey again repeating the same mistakes they did in the last film.

Oh Fox...they like to reboot don't they...how many properties are they supposedly going to reboot now?

No its out tommorow and with that it will at least be another week with this forum. Mirko addressed the Topic of TLA Forum over the weekend in the Community Feedback Thread and said that he's been actively working on getting TLA Forum up soon. Its coming ST,the Big man Mirko will give it to us soon enough.


Plus I think he is more focused on the new update to the Main Page.

I rented this, as I wanted to watch it for the first time with my friend to see how it ruined one of the coolest shows from my childhood.

Now the movie is terrible, as its your typical FOX movie. Theres hints everywhere to this bigger world and more to the characters yet FOX never ran with it. They also pulled the same thing with the dragon as they did with Big G in Fantastic Four. For some reason FOX thought that a dragon that grants wishs was just to much. Really, in a way this whole movie was "Put a cloud over it". There was so much they could have done, yet were afraid to go that far. See this is the kind of movie thats made that things name brand will sell alone.

Is Zach Snyder available?

Screw Zach Snyder! He did a terrible job in directing 300 and Watchmen. The music selection in Watchmen was crap, the fight scenes in Watchmen were also terrible and the slow-mo in 300 and Watchmen was way overdone.

it's so stupid of a studio to even think of rebooting a movie that they screwed up like that. Honestly, then it's like repeating the 1st grade again and again. After a while, it gets old and you can't use 'reboots' as a way out.
