Yeah, the Goblin on that is from the cover to Peter Parker: Spider-Man #75. I wish I knew what this was, though. A poster, maybe? I remember it was on the wrappers of some Spidey chocolate bars back in the late 90s. t:

She went off with the Iguana, Stegron, Vulture II and Lady Ock...in the land where copy cat villains go...Oddly Hobgoblin is the only copy villain done right as he was so different personality wise fron Norman, and became a major villain on his own merit. Now they just need to dispose of the Grey Goblin's alter ego and his sister as well.
