**** Common. Horrible actor. You'd think he'd be a better actor, and speak better, judging by the **** he writes. But he sounds like a complete dumbass when speaking. I can imagine him talking about GL. "I wanted to do it cause, like, you know, he's a hero. Plus like, you know what I'm sayin, he's........ Green, y'know?

Thinking about it. It's probably better they don't do Hal Jordan. That means Hal Jordan won't be ruined in the movie.

I'm just messing with you. I've actually got no problem with you. We disagree about this movie and that's cool. You don't put other people's opinions down and I respect that. I try not to do that either.

That's OK, because I'm right. Hal Jordan not being in it on the bright side is a good thing because it means they won't ruin a fan favorite character in the movie. It just means they will ruin John Stewart . . . by casting someone like Tyrese in the role.

I want to see a GL movie with Hal Jordan as the main character. If it is treated with respect than I honestly believe that it could be one of the greatest superhero movies ever. All they have to do is base it on Emerald Dawn.

Tyrese and Common can out-act T.I. and Michael Jai White every day of the week. Tyrese is actually better than most give him credit for and Common actually has screen presence, which is more than can be said for some of the actors mentioned in this thread...

I'm guessing that when people say 'Tyrese sux' and 'Common sux' they really don't know what they're talking about and are just going by the 'musicians-turned-actors-(especially black ones)-MUST-suck' rule, cuz after Four Brothers and Smoking Aces, I say that's foolishness.

Is this like me being wrong about Scott, Storm, and the running time in X-men 3? Is this like me being wrong about Elektra not horrendously sucking? Is this like me being wrong about Galactus (THE real Galactus not a cosmic storm) not being in FF2?

I said 'IF'. You may be right and I may be wrong or vice versa. But we can't know for sure until we see it.
