Yeah. I say itll be sooner though, and that thing at NYCC will be just a bunch of other casting decisions other than Hal.

I don't know. I think they'll annouce at least who's playing Carol Ferris alongside with Hal.

On this note, at NCC on Saturday February 7th from 1:30pm to 3:45pm, there is a movie panel marked on the program simply as "???"

They've yet to announce their movie panels. On a side note, I'll be getting my Saturday ticket this coming Tuesday :)

I looked at the lineup for NYCC, and it just sounds awesome. That'd be like my dream weekend, going to all those panels. Shame I live in Scotland. :(

:(. It's a big place where they hold it. It's very hard to go to them all especially when there are two, or three panels that you want to see, all scheduled in different areas at the same time. It is a great time though.

Are you going to this?:
Wonder Woman, the highly-anticipated fourth entry in the DC Universe's animated original movie series, will receive its big screen premiere on Friday at 8:30 PM in the IGN Theater!

And you know fanboys. "Whine-whine-whine, pretty boy Leo doesn't look like Hal Jordan in this Alex Ross painting I now present to you. Nathan Fillion should be whine-whine-whine...."

I really don't see why people are now saying Nathan Fillion is unfit for the role of Hal Jordan. When Berlanti and co. were first announced to helm GL in late 2007, there were a lot of people claiming that Fillion would fit the role perfectly. And now that the script is online (with a 28 year old Hal, natch) a lot of fanboys are against it.

And as for Nathan Fillion not wanting to play GL as claimed in one interview, he could change his mind. After all Christian Bale initially turned down the role of John Connor in T4 before McG convinced him otherwise. People change their minds, nothing wrong with that.

I'm just hoping they pick the right guy. It doesn't have to be Fillion, it doesn't have to be DiCaprio, and it doesn't have to be the numerous pretty boy actors suggested for the role. (Still not convinced by Ackles or Duhamel.) Their name isn't important if they get the Hal character down to a 'T' and pull off chemistry with the chick playing Carol.

I'm gonna try.

Yeah he'd do it justice, but theyre looking for a different kind of actor.

LEE PACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

see the fall, it's fantasmagoric

I've seen it. That's why I included him on the poll :)

Is Lee Pace the guy from "Pushing Daisies"?

yes Lobo is one of 15 people that watched that show....and started an e-petition when it was cancelled (because those always work).....

anyway....my main concern is the look of the uniform...it has to look good moving around....

:whatever:

Just so you know, I've never seen an episode of that show. I've only seen Lee Pace in The Fall which was very entertaining, and wanted to include non run of the mill choices in addition to what was suggested for the poll.

Im not concerned with them, at least not for the first film....well maybe Kilowog as he trains the new Lanterns....

Doug Jones for Tomar-Re (And Abin Sur, by the way).

Michael Clarke Duncan or Ray Winstone for Kilowog.
