Are the ''vampires'' more like the omega man type, or more like the infected from 28 Days/weeks later?

Well in the book they are like infected type Vampires and well being a Hollywood film who knows what they will do lol.

That's highly unlikely as I see it. I'd more expect it to be with an action or horror movie. Maybe Die Hard, John Rambo, or Halloween.

Well John Rambo isn't out until March next year so it's ruled out and while tonally Potter is an odd choice it is a WB film same as I Am Legend and would get the trailer out to the masses

Yeah Sly just popped that footage out for cannes and was nice enough to let us fans see it as well,maybe he will push it forward a bit like he did with RB

Agreed,there has been literally nothing save a few Will Smith stills on this movie while Golden Compass has got a poster,lots of stills and a trailer

Movies like I am Legend can turn out as either a really great movie or another crap, so you never know what to expect from it. I would attach it to Harry Potter 5, because:

A) It's WB movie.

B) It has a huge fanbase, so people will also get a look at IAL

C) July 13th a great release date for trailer's debut

Sometimes we get the coolest stuff from the areas you would not expect. Back in January when I Am Legend was filing near the Brooklyn Bridge, Will Smith took the time to hang out with some of the Coast Guard team he was working with and got a cool pic with them, which a source just forwarded to us. The other pic you can see below is two coast guard members in front of a very serious looking military vehicle on the set; apparently this scene is a flashback Smith’s character has to when things starting going to **** all around him at the start of the outbreak. As far as I know, this is one of the only behind-the-scenes pics to date that actually shows Smith, so enjoy for now. Expect to see more in the coming weeks!
