You should really read it as soon as possible. I'd go as far as saying it's one of the greatest American horror novels of all time and trumps almost anything that Stephen King or any other horror author has written.

From the looks of WB's upcoming movies, maybe something for "The Bucket List" or "Fool's Gold" (the trailer has just appeared on the net, but i don't think it's attatched to any screens yet) Also, of course, if you're going to see it at IMAX you'll get The Dark Knight prologue. Other than that, there is a rumor about a teaser for "Speed Racer", but i doubt that it's that far along? I'm pretty sure its set for mid '08 release though, so... it's a possible long-shot lol. Sorry i couldn't be of more help.

just saw a new teaser, i also figured out the scene where it shows will smith running in the dark being chased by the vamps, then one of em jumps on him and thats why you see him and 3 vamps falling from the building

I think it'd be cool if they put out a REAL teaser trailer for TDK in regular theaters along with the confirmed 5 minute prologue in IMAX.

I'm sure they'll change the ending. They are already talking about a sequel....so you know it's not gonna be like the ending of Omega man or from the book.

I think that it will be rated PG-13, this is a big budget Will Smith film, WB will want to make it's money back so it will make sure the rating is open to as many people as it can be.

I agree Lord Blackbolt, I read that the ending is a lot different than in the book, which I actually kind of expected do to it's release date (Christmas time) and the whole sequel crazy idea that is going on in Hollywood.

I think that we will see TDK teaser, a full trailer for 10,000 B.C. which comes out in March, and then ones for The Bucket List and other WB films.

Maybe because it doesn't limit director's need in sex scenes or moments with the use of violence. But it still doesn't make movie great. The Prestige is one of the best example, it was an amazing film with PG-13 (though I remember people were thinking WB would go with R).

I think you're falling for the allure of the R rating.

Really this isn't the kind of story that needs graphic sex and violence. And there are many good, exciting movies that fall below the R rating.
