I haven't read Cable's comic in a while, but as far as I know, she's not blood related to any of the Summers. She was just adopted by Cable, which makes her enough of a Summers for me.

right...but her birth parents haven't been shown... and shes a red head who had the pheonix bird reflecting in her eyes... i think they are connected by blood in some way. i thought i had missed something important, glad to see it hasnt been revealed yet.

Hope might be a new Phoenix, but she doesn't necessarily have to be Jean or related to Jean. I mean, red hair? Who doesn't have red hair at Marvel? Their line is packed with gingers. Jean Grey, Rachel Summers, Mary-Jane Watson-Parker (yes, Parker), Typhoid Mary, Banshee, Siryn, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow...

She's Maddie reincarnated. The Sisterhood arc was about her testing the X-men and buying time until Cable can come back with her new body, reading for her to take over and go after Cylops. Here a pic of Maddie from waaaay back in Uncanny and one of Hope as a baby

hhmm... good point. in my head red hair + Pheonix = summers lol. thats been marvels formula for a long time. i will be very suprised if Hope is not blood related to the summers in some way. maybe Rachel Summers daughter? idk.

i really hope that Hope doesnt end up being a villian.

Call me crazy, but if Hope is Rachel's daughter, maybe Rachel would've been involved in her birth.

As for being the new Maddie, she sure as hell wasn't cloned in a lab like Maddie, because she was born in a hospital that got burned down. Also, Matt Fraction in an interview said the Red Queen wasn't really Maddie, but a remnant of the Goblin Queen energy.

nah I dont think she's Maddie. Just playing on that theres yet another red headed green eyed female that they can throw into the equation

Since this has to do with Asgard, I'm betting it will most likely have to do with Dani's debt to Hela being called in.

well if you know me then you know that Ive pretty much hated how he hates everything. I have nothing but negative thoughts regarding Scott and his current leadership. I call him Dictator X but thats a discussion for another time
