Even I have a slight feeling of offence at that comment...

You are one very strange, uh.....whatever you are.Wesyeed said:This is logical. Bias... another superman related site comes to mind.
Though I wonder sometimes what my old enemy thinks of the kid. The rest is yours to think whatever you want of. I care not. But the kid, I would be displeased to learn you did not favor him. Very very displeased...![]()

Wesyeed said:I don't see a problem with liking this movie or any movie. You have the right. But I'd be a liar if I said I didn't feel that if Lee was favoring x3 or fantastic four, that I'd probably curse him. Those movies are too mediocre, come on. don't encourage hollywood to keep delivering that. Please... I beg you.
I mean it's not unfathomable to think this movies ok. Sure the plot's forgettable, the kid thing pedictable, some parts unnecessary and the writing a little too bland and plagiaristic for my tastes, but maybe someone could really enjoy the theme or something like that. I know some identify with the mutants in x3, and the other x-movies, who have been descriminated against in the past and can identify with that about the films even if certain things don't work.
That's how it is for me and the hulk. I really identify with the character in the story so I feel a personal connection to it that probably a lot of the BAM SMASH lovers didn't have and so they left dissapointed. We can't all feel the same way about these movies anyway... but it really is confounding to me that such a movie I loved puttered through the box office while that shoddy spidey movie filled with playstation 2 graphics explodes at the B.O. It's so darn unpredictable... or maybe it's marketing...
Look at sky captain. I'm an ameteur artist who's been drawing crap since I was 5, so seeing all those amazing visuals on screen that I've never seen before just completely captivated me. Damn the story. It was the best eyecandy I've ever had at the movies to this day. But it bombed.... That sucks. It was a hell of an entertaining movie even if some snobby critics didn't like it.
So I say it's truly a shame on us all that anyone feels the need to not express their self about som movie. Wtf. It's just a movie. c'mon.
