Its to keep lag down, so they say. There are other, less annoying ways to go about doing that though, and shouldnt it be "Part 2" instead of "Part 1"?

Will there be a box for the arcade version? because I hate the box art for super. They just copy and paist fighters on the box. How lazy

No clue why they'd scold him. We don't have NESYS (the Internet service SFIV uses in Japan), so they had no choice but to put the characters in the boards. They should be more frustrated with themselves, for thinking US arcade owners would hold off until May.

If we get Arcade Edition, it'll be DLC. No box art necessary.

So instead of more Alpha / III characters (you know Karin, Mika, Hugo, Elena), we get Evil Ryu AGAIN (a pointless and stupid storyline) and ANOTHER version of Akuma because apparantly Shin Akuma wasn't cheap enough, ugh!

What a waste. With that said, Guile will make things better:
