I think The Jackal could be a brilliant character to include in the new films & he is an old school enemy too.

What story for Jackal though?

Ultimate Scorpion.The Scorpion would have acid shooters like spidey's web shooters and makes the same move with his hands to shoot acid from them.Then when the Scorpion's mask is ripped off,spidey feels like he is looking into a mirror.

I'm partial to Electro. I loved him on TSSM, so I definitely wouldn't mind if Webb took some inspiration from that version (especially the costume). But to be honest, as long as it's someone we've never seen before, I don't really care who we get.

And I think Gwen should be killed off in the third movie, not the second. But that's JMO.

Hell no to wrist-mounted acid shooters fired with the classic web-shooting pose. That's just dumb and unnecessary. Even going by the logic of using acid in lieu of venom, he has a tail with a stinger.

A way to introduce the symbiote:

Max Dillon a lineman working on power lines gets electrocuted and is badly burned (third degree burns,looking like Freddy Krueger).The Intensive Care Unit have a new type of synthetic skin to graft to his body (artificial skin).

After the operation,Max Dillon looks fine again.But the electricity mutated Max's body and it turns him into pure electricity a couple days later.The skin graft gets mutated as well by the electricity.

The skin graft turns black and it is the only thing keeping Electro together,but it is also making him turn evil,making him become a villain.

The final fight is on the streets of Time Square and Electro uses electricity whips (like Whiplash) to attack spidey.

One of the whips hits a gas tank to a car and the car explodes.The sound is so loud that the skin graft (symbiote) jumps off Electro and Electro is a giant puddle of Electricity,unable to pull himself together.

The symbiote crawls onto a new host (spidey).

You're seriously suggesting that the symbiote be a skin graft? That makes absolutely no sense. Why would a skin graft be capable of the things the symbiote is traditionally capable of?

What purpose does making the symbiote a skin graft serve? What would make it better than the symbiote as a sentient symbiotic alien life form?

Your idea is even more ridiculous. I can understand a shapeshifting, sentient alien symbiote changing into a costume by force of will and messing with the host's mind. I can't buy a cure for cancer or a skin graft doing those things nearly as easily.

No it's not. Why would a skin graft even need to do the things that we see the symbiote do? Why would it need to shapeshift? Why would it replicate foreign substances? It makes sense for a bioengineered life-form might be designed to do these things, but not a skin graft.

In my concept, the symbiote is designed to bond to a host to facilitate their survival in new environmental conditions by bonding to a pre-existing life-form to study their physiology, copy their memories, et cetera, to replicate their adaptations to said environment, then translate those adaptations back to its host. So it would already be explained why it bonds to hosts.

Like show a spaceship crashes on earth in the desert.Have the alien get out of the ship with the symbiote on.As the alien is walking away the ship explodes and the loud noise makes the symbiote jump off the alien for a minute.

The alien suffocates because it can't breath oxygen,and the alien dies before the symbiote can attach itself back onto the alien.

-Show the astronauts on tv landing on earth where they have brought back a life form where Dr.Connors is gonna study it.Dr.Connors tells the reporters that Peter Parker his number one student will be his assistant on the project.

-Show Brock watching the news on tv in prison.Brock's cell has pictures of Gwen taped all over the walls.

-Brock gets released.

-Show how Peter is with Dr. Connors in the lab where they both are studying the symbiote that was brought back to earth by astronauts.

-Dr. Connors leaves the lab and goes to the teacher's lounge to get some coffee.

-Have Brock show up at the college looking for Peter.Brock blames Peter for stealing Gwen away from him and he also thinks Peter knows spidey's identity.Brock blames spidey for Gwen's death.

-Max Dillon is the janitor to the building.

-Brock is seen smoking a cigarette as he is walking down the hallway on his way to Dr.Connors lab where Peter is.

-Max Dillon says to Brock:You can't smoke that on campus.Brock ignores him and keeps on smoking it as he walks pass Max Dillon.

-Brock walks into Dr.Connors lab and pushes Peter around.Brock is angry that Peter stole Gwen away from him and he blames spidey for Gwen's death.Brock thinks Peter knows spidey's identity.

-Max Dillon follows Brock to Dr.Connors lab and tells him to put that cigarette out,or he will call the campus police.

-Brock tosses the cigarette into the waste basket,and the waste basket catches on fire.

-The smoke alarm goes off and the sprinklers go on.

-The sound of the smoke alarm drives the symbiote crazy.Its twitching and then whips Max Dillon with a tentacle and Max Dillon goes flying across the room and crashes through the window where he lands on nearby power lines.

-Max Dillon becomes Electro (in pure electricity form).

-When Brock is leaning out the window looking at Max Dillon,the symbiote makes its escape from the sound by attaching itself to Peter.

-Peter is now the Black Spider-Man.Black Spider-Man quickly takes off before Brock could turn around and see him as spidey.

-When Brock turns around he sees that Peter is gone,so Brock quickly runs out to try and catch Peter.

-As Brock runs out of the lab,Dr.Connors is on his way back to his lab while drinking his cup of coffee.He sees Brock run out of his lab.

-Dr.Connors thinks Brock has stolen his symbiote,and the cops are now looking for Brock.Brock has now broke his parole and is gonna be sent back to prison for stealing the space sample.

-Have Black Spider-Man have 2 good fights with Electro before Electro is defeated.

-Have Peter go to the church to take off the symbiote because Peter realizes the symbiote has made him evil.

-Have Brock at the church talking to a priest about how Peter Parker had stolen his girlfriend from him,that Peter is the reason why she stopped writing him letters when he was in prison.Now the cops are looking for him to send him back to prison.The cops are blaming Brock for stealing the space sample,Brock thinks Peter Parker has stolen it.

-Have Brock become Venom.

-We see Spider-Man vs Venom (City Fight).They have a huge fight that ends on the streets when a car is about to crash into Venom and spidey,the car starts honking its horn to warn them.

Spidey quickly jumps out of the way,but the symbiote halfway crawls off of Brock where the car smashes into Brock busting him up.

-Venom retreats.

-When Brock is healing,Peter invents a serum that has little microchips in it that make a high pitched sound that will make the symbiote crawl off of Brock for good.

-Spidey vs Venom second fight.Huge fight where at the end,spidey gives Venom the serum.The symbiote crawls off of Brock,and spidey webs up the symbiote and takes it away.

-Brock is webbed up in front of the police station where Brock goes back to prison for stealing the symbiote.Peter lets Brock take the fall,because Peter can't return the symbiote back to Dr.Connors,because it is too dangerous.So Peter throws the symbiote into some wet cement at a construction site.

-Have the movie open up with spidey fighting Venom in a huge 5 minute fight.Then have the screen fade to black in the middle of the fight where these words appear: 3 days earlier.

-Show how Peter and Gwen who are the top students of Doc Connors who have been chosen to help him study the symbiote that was brought back to earth.

-Have Brock be Peter's friend who has stopped by to visit Peter and to see the space organism that's been on the news.

-Max Dillon is the janitor to the building.

-Have Black Spider-Man have 2 good fights with Electro before Electro is defeated.

-Have Peter go to the church to take off the symbiote because Peter realizes the symbiote has made him evil.

-Have Brock at the church talking to a priest how Black Spider-Man killed his (whoever when he was fighting Electro).

-Have Brock become Venom.

-Then the screen fades to black and these words appear: Now

-We see Spider-Man vs Venom.

I don't think you could actually show both Venom's origin and Spider-Man vs Venom in the same film. There's not enough time in a single film to do so.

He wouldn't have two movies, the symbiote would be introduced and bond with Spider-Man in one film, and then Venom would appear in the next. There's too much story with the symbiote to put both it and Venom in the same movie, flashback or not.

No you don't. Venom need not share screen time with another villain, nor do Green Goblin or Doc Ock. Venom works best when he can torment Spider-Man for an entire story in a cat-and-mouse thriller fashion.
