How did you spend that much on them? They're aonly about $45 each at most.

yep your right, i went and wasted my time completely because surprisingly they had no revenge of the fallen figures on any of the shelves and i did check all around the toy aisles too...there was nothing.

This wasn't the case back in '07. I got a good chunk of my toys from K-Mart the first time. Shame to see what's happened to the TF section there.

back in '07 i got mosyt of my TF stuff from a local department store chain called Boscov's (they broke street date on all the deluxe figures nearly a month ahead of time...made the actual release date easier,and cheaper!) ,and K-Mart,which was the first place around here to get Leader Megatron in...

that said,this time it's horrible...TRU and Target are a half hour drive away from me,so at most that's once a week...which leaves me with only Wal-Mart...

Boscov's went through bankruptcy,and have nothing...K-Mart...this si funny...i hit up K-Mart here when they were having their sale (advertised as Your Transformers Headquarters!" ) and saw:

2 pegs of deluxes (95% 'Bee and Soundwave),some of those fast action Battlers,Bumblebee costumes,and like pillows and sleeping bags and such...then i saw the endcap,with a big TF Headquarters cardboard logo on top,and shelves full of....wait for it...Star Trek and Terminator stuff...

i just checked again on Sunday...everything is exactly the same!

I decided to take my chances and just head to TRU just out of curiosity to see if they had anything new and i finally found Leader Class Jetfire! There were only 2 left but while looking at the shelf debating whether i could wait to get it later, a guy picked up one Jetfire and one Optimus Prime.....so I immediately took the last Jetfire!

tomorrow is the day for me....going to hit Allentown,PA...where there's a TRU,Wal-Mart,Target,and (last gasp) K-Mart all within 5 minutes of each other....

You pic does point out what others have said on this board about too little color in the movie transformers. In the middle I can barely make out which robot is which due to all the grey/silver and dull colors.
