i bought the first two arcs for ult x men and enjoyed them, but due to all the criticism about other arcs im really put off from buying more volumes maybe i shud just buy the ultimates instead

I have TBP Vols. 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and I have the Phoenix? arc in magazine form; I enjoy UXM, but I try not to overanalyze anything to the point of not enjoying it anymore. At the surface level though, I really like it.

that makes me think of cable from the 90s cartoon. like he was just around in the present when storm and gambit were trapped on genosha. then he was kinda revamped into this future freedom fighter.

I have mixed feelings about Cable showing up in UXM, Iv never liked the character's origin. I pray they make his ultimate origin nice and simple.

I have a gut feeling that the annual will be the last we see of Kurt & Allison for a while....

The cast of characters is getting a bit big for UXM, so I have a feeling these two will be written out for the time being
