A cool thing about Electro would be you could have a scene where spidey is fighting Electro and the fight ends when Electro zaps Dr.Connors with a bolt of electricity and Dr.Connors is sent crashing through a window from a 30 story building.
Spidey goes after Connors but right when spidey grabs him,Connors is already transforming into the Lizard from the electricity that Electro hit him with.

How so? I mean, he's an amazing Villian. He has a wife and son that worry so much about him and his health, and when he becomes the Lizard, She cries and such. If it can work in the comics, I think it could work on film. It's right up Raimi's alley as well.

I agree that Lizard could work very well in a movie. Just imagine him hiding in the shadows in the sewers and in the city, and make him a very quick striker. He would look pretty cool in a movie imo, and be more of a scary threat than the ones used before. Also, he makes for a great plot. Peter has already lost a friend, imagine losing another one after that. It would make the audience really hope for Spidey to save Connors and you'd really be into the story. (sorry for bad English there)
Sorry, but making Electro or Shocker the son of Kingpin would be quite bad imo. First of all, Kingpin ain't even introduced in this franchise. Secondly, that would be too disrespectful to the original source. If people complain about the take on Venom, imagine the fan reacton of how they screw up Electro then.

Electro/Lizard
A man is sitting at his desk in his office admiring the view of the city from the window as a voice on the intercom says,Mr.Dillon,Mr.Smith is here to see you.Dillon tells his secretary to send him in.The man comes walking into Dillon's office carrying a small package with him.
Mr.Smith says,Silvermane wanted me to give this to you.Dillon says ahh,set it down here.Mr.Smith lays it on Dillon's desk and sits down while Dillon stands up.Dillon unwraps the package and screams in anger as he sees his son's head in the box.Dillon throws his desk aside and grabs Mr.Smith and throws him through the window from the 40th floor.
The man is screaming as he falls to his death,until a nearby web swinging spidey sees the man and stops that from happening.When spidey grabs him,spidey notices that the man is bleeding alot from a piece of glass from the window that is stuck in the mans neck,piercing his jugular.
Just before the man dies,the man whispers to spidey that a war is coming.
Dillon can't except the death of his son goes to all levels to bring him back to life.But how can he be brought back when he doesn't even have a body,just a head.Dillon has been funding a scientist's projects for years,this scientist is Dr.Connors.Dillon remembers being at awe of Connor's robotic hand that he had made for himself.Connors said it will have to do until he found a way to find a better replacement when he found out how to regrow lost limbs.
Dillon thinks if Connors can make a robotic hand,than he can make a robotic body for his son's head.Dillon knows how to get people to do what he wants them to do.In a nice little neighborhood you see Connor's son Billy riding his bike down the street as a van pulls up beside him and a guy gets out of the side door,grabs Billy,and the van drives away.
Dillon tells Connors that he has his son and if he wants his son back alive,then he has to bring his son back alive.Connors is in a fancy lab that Dillon has paid for.The scene looks something like you would see on a movie about Frankenstein.You see Dillon's son's head is already attached to the robotic body as Connors gets ready to bring Dillon's son back.
Connors explains to Dillon that to bring his son back he will need to have electricity running through his son's brain at all times,so this robotic body pulses electricity at all times looking like a electricity globe you see in a store.
So when Connors hits the on switch to the machine to give Dillon's son life, the entire city suffers from a blackout,accept for one building,the lab where Connor's experiment is being born.Spidey doing night swinging sees this and heads over to the building.
Dillon's son wakes up screaming,then Connors turns the machine off and the cities lights come back on again.Connors goes over to Dillon's son to check him out as a pulse of electricity shoots out of Dillon's son's hand tossing Connors across the room,and through a window from a tall building (like father like son).
Spidey who just saw what Connors did from the window is stunned,but snaps out of it when Connors goes free falling to his death.As spidey grabs him,the electricity that Dillon's son shot at Connors is mutating the lizard DNA that Connors injected earlier into his body to try and regrow his lost arm.
Connors turns into the Lizard,and spidey is now fighting for his life.Spidey feels like he is in a cheesy horror movie,cause he just saw Frankenstein being born,and now he is fighting the Creature From the Black Lagoon.Spidey shoots a web at a building to try to swing away from the nightmare,but the Lizard hangs onto spidey as they both swing across the street and lands in Central Park.
(Big Central Park Fight),til the Lizard tries to kill some innocent civilians who are at the park,so spidey tries to get the Lizard in a place where nobody is.Spidey sees a nearby manhole and makes his way into the sewers of New York.(Sewer Battle).The fight ends when the Lizard changes back to Connors.
Spidey and Connors goes back to the lab where we see Dillon and his son are both gone.Connors tells spidey why he did it,and how he turned into the Lizard.Connors also tells spidey that now the lizard DNA that is in his body has mutated,a little zap of electricity(like static shock)will turn him back into the Lizard for a little while.
Dillon's son goes after the people who killed him.At Grand Central Station all the big crime bosses are coming to town to celebrate the birthday of the godfather to their organized crime family.Dillon's son,now known as Electro attacks them,but when spidey shows up,Electro focuses his attention on zapping a bug.(Big Electro vs Spidey Fight at Grand Central Station).
The fight ends when spidey goes after the mob guys firing machine guns at the cops.When spidey looks for Electro,he is nowhere to be found.As time goes by,Electro gets tired of his new life fast,he becomes more evil than he was before when he realizes he can no longer eat,drink,smoke,go out with the ladies,and his new body will keep him alive forever,cause he never gets sick or never gets old.
Electro goes to the state prison where his other enemies are at.Like shooting ducks in a barrel,his enemies have nowhere to hide as they are in their little cells being killed off one at a time.When spidey hears the event on his police scanner,he makes his way over to the prison.(Huge spidey vs Electro fight at the prison).Electro gets away when he releases all of the inmates causing a riot.
Electro now goes after the one who created him,Connors.At Connors house Peter is there having dinner when Electro stops by.Electro is playing duck,duck,goose with everyone at the table killing off Connors party guests.Connors desperate to protect his family,causes a little static shock from the table cloth and turns into the Lizard.
Peter who was about to reveal his secret identity now has a diversion to get in his costume and intervene.The fight takes place all in Connors house(The kitchen,dining room,bathroom,bedroom,game room,etc).The three way battle becomes two when Electro is thrown into the pool.The water shuts Electro down.
Now spidey has to fight off the Lizard while making sure the Lizard doesn't kill anyone until the Lizard turns back into Connors.

And Jackie Earle Haley in Watchmen as Cletus Kassady/Carnage? I think that would be an excellent alternative is similar to the character, is an excellent actor, likes comics, knows how gloomy and dark characters, like the comics, the only problem is that Sam Raimi fan of the Symbiotes

Start with Mary Jane appearing on a variety show that also features Kraven. Some of his animals get loose, and Spidey has to save MJ from them. Kraven feels upstaged and thus hates Spidey.
Connors becomes Lizard and hides in sewers, DB runs "Alligator in Sewers" type stories, etc. Jameson hires Kraven to capture/kill the Lizard as a publicity stunt for the DB.
Spidey discovers truth about Connors/Lizard so he has to stop Kraven from hurting his friend while trying to cure the Lizard. The Lizard is out of control and trying to kill them both. Pretty much writes itself!
I would love to see Bruce Campbell as Kraven, but since IM2 has wrapped I guess Micky R. is free to take the part.

I agree, as much as I like Bruce Campbell, he would just cheese up the role for Mysterio so much (or any other villain) and that's something we need to get away from for the movies.

Nah they didn't screw it up at all imo. I think his cameos are brilliant. He wouldn't fit as a villain anyway imo because...I don't know, he looks too friendly and funny to me. He doesn't look like a menacing threat you know. And I think there are better fits for Mysterio as well.
