Some days ago, I have seen a copy of a Spider-Man 4 test script (40th pages) by David Lindsay Abaire. I think was a fake because the script is so horrible...
How in the world are you gonna explain a man in a Rhino costume at the beginning of a movie?

I think there should always be an explanation as to how and why a supervillain was created. Why was this procedure done? Why was O hirn chosen? Who created him? Why would O hirn participate? What are their intentions? Was he born half man half rhino? It would be logical to let the story evolve into this creation instead of getting an opening battle scene with a villain we never saw in a Spiderman movie for the sake of some eye candy. Otherwise we get Batman vs Mr Cheeze ooops I mean Freeze.i don't think he needs that big of an origin.
Man, I have to say, I don't like none of your ideas. No one has any real motivation. I'm just big on mature themes & motivations, and character usage. Anyway... give this a gander. Spider-Man 4.Okay, so this is how I could see it working out:
Spider-man 4: The Lizard and Kraven
Doctor Connors turns into The Lizard and hits the sewers and starts menacing New York. Kraven learns from this and comes to New York to hunt The Lizard. Spider-man has to stop the 2 from destroying New York in their battle. In the end Kraven is killed (sadly enough) and Doctor Connors becomes normal again. Introduce Felicia Hardy somewhere in the movie. Peter and MJ decide to give eachother more space in the movie.
Spider-man 5: Electro and Chameleon
Max Dillon, someone who Peter learns to know in his college, turns into Electro by accident. He starts havoc in the streets of New York. Meanwhile Peter starts seeing his old enemies/friends like Otto Octavius, Norman Osborn, Eddie Brock and Harry. He thinks he's loosing it and weird things happen around him. He finds out that it's a guy who calls himself The Chameleon who's behind it. It is revealed that The Chameleon is Kraven's half-brother and he wants revenge for his death. The Black Cat has a few cameos somewhere in the movie. I don't know what happens to the villains, but I would prefer them to survive, or atleast one of them. While Peter and MJ are taking a break from eachother, Peter enjoys the attention of both Gwen Stacy and Felicia Hardy.
Spider-man 6: Hobgoblin and Black Cat
Hobgoblin start terrorizing New York and must be stopped. While Spider-man has his hands full with Hobgoblin, Black Cat has the opportunity to rob banks and jewelries. Spider-man finds out that Black Cat is in fact Felicia Hardy. Black Cat helps Spider-man against Hobgoblin, but only if she gets profit from it ofcourse. In the end Hobgoblin gets defeated and gets put into jail. Felicia promises to stop being Black Cat, but who knows for how long? Peter doesn't know what to do: give in to the Black Cat, a.k.a. Felica Hardy, or Gwen Stacy or choose to be with Mary Jane for good! He chooses to be with Mary Jane and finally proposes to her and she says yes.
Well, I think this could work out. But still it's just an idea.![]()
Ha ha... lol. Good one.I think there should always be an explanation as to how and why a supervillain was created. Why was this procedure done? Why was O hirn chosen? Who created him? lol not sure, maybe he realized how ugly she was so he just filled the crowds with hot chicks to level the playing field.
Also why does everyone want more than one villain. Have it spiderman vs one villain, that way there is actually some development for the villain. I say bring back Venom and give him some actual justice on screen. Topher Grace had to be the worst casting decision. Every line he spoke just sounded like he was tryin to be funny.
they should open the movie where spidey fights the rhino.but make it where the rhino is like the iron man villain iron monger.then when spidey defeats him we see a little puny guy inside of it and says he got the suit from the tinkerer.
[/b]
Maybe hence why they brought in Gary Ross to rewrite it.
Why would I be pissed off...If you don't want to get any comments, then you shouldn't be on a forum.
Well, about the Black Cat thing: You could easily cut her out.
Hobgoblin: Well, I read that a lot of people want him somewhere in the movies, so I put him in the sixth one, because I don't really know who to put in it. But you're right Mysterio could be interesting.
And about the 2 villains thing: Well, I think Electro could carry a movie on his own and well, the Lizard and Kraven match so good. And for the sixth I don't know who to put in so I just took Hobgoblin. And well, mostly 2 villains turn out pretty good... if you approach it correctly ofcourse. Like in the new Batman movies from Nolan. You know?
Maybe...
Anyway, I think this it's a fake:

I've no idea if that is real or not. The typos and the length make me think it's fan fiction, but Lindsay-Abaire's credit as writer and Sony's credit as property owner makes me wonder other-wise. Parts of it also feel very in keeping with the previous series. It is credited as a "test draft" so if this only provides the outline of the script then fine. But if this is actually a real draft then it needs lots of work.
Actually i hated both new batman movies, two of the worst comic book movies i've ever seen in my life.
Talk about taking a dookie on the origins of the joker.
But yes two villains could work well, if they match. I like electro but there is somthing about him that just can't carry the whole entire film for me for some reason.
The hobgoblin is just...sad. i feel bad for him or should i say them since there is what 3? Just a wastfull rehack of green goblin.
They should stick to the DITKO villians only since without them spiderman would be just spiderman without good villains. Leave out romitas pathetic rhino and shocker, and if you have to have shocker, like someone already said have him in for about 20 minutes. That should do it i guess.
And for anyone who likes morbius...WHAT THE FUDGE IS WRONG WITH YOU?
THIS!? YOU LIKE THIS????!!!!!!!!!

I read that story a looong time ago at a convention after I'd run out of money, but iirc it was great, and they did not a bad job of adapting it for the animated series.
I don't know about Morbious for the movies though, he could be good I suppose, but I don't know if a 4 armed Spidey would be a good idea. Chances are it was look unintentionally hilarious, I don't know if I would gamble on it if I was making a Spidey movie.

It's a 6 armed Spider-man actually...![]()
If this is real, I will burn down the Marvel and Sony building, and then when the firemen arrive - I'll just tell them..."This is how Spider-Man feels."Maybe...
Anyway, I think this it's a fake:
