But it could be some random servant of Selene. IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE, it is not.

I'm still with Specs on that one. I think it is Blink myself.

*Sigh*
The art is always a pleasure to look at, why there aren't more artists like Choi?

Archangel is really cool, kind of hope he'll keep the metal wings after everything.

sooo. nobody died. well that's quite a reverse for these two

Sana Takeda from Ms.Marvel has a similar art syle and the art is pretty beautiful

despite their notorious reputation, they dont always kill characters off

Takeda's done a bunch of Aspen Comics work - mainly Soulfire, I believe. Recommended.

Takeda is the one that did this pic I used before as my avatar of the X-women

I'd love it if she actually did some work on an ongoing X-title. Why cant she take over art duties on Ucanny?

She did the Nezhno bit from Divided We Stand, didn't she? I love her art!

Looks more manga than Choi but it sure as hell is better than Land and Dudson.

i still love Dodson's art. if they had a better colorist, his stuff would look just as good as that or Choi/Oback- look at some of his Wonder Woman covers. but i love the simple, animated look of his- kinda reminds me of my stuff....just better. :oldrazz:

Yeah, I don't get all the hate for Dodson. I've heard people say his art makes characters look like they're made of plastic, but isn't that more of a coloring issue than pencils? I can understand complaints that all of his women look alike (Emma Frost looks just like Wonder Woman looks just like Ms. Marvel, ect.), but at least his takes the effort of making women within the same comic book look different. He also composes a decent action scene, draws backgrounds (which not enough pencilers do, these days), knows how to draw various facial expressions, and has the teeniest bit of creativity that allows him to occasionally go beyond what's in the script.

if i have a complaint it would be in issue 514 too many girls had similar costumes/ color schemes- blue and yellow cream. Dazzler, Mindee(which ever Cuckoo it was) and Illyana's costumes looked almost identical- which is wierd because weve already seen Dazzler wearing dark grey on off-white when she visited Pixie in the hospital, and unless the Cuckoos arent matching anymore, Sophie is seen wearing baby blue on white in Legacy.

Dazzler's costume suddenly became yellow a few months ago. I don't know why exactly that happened, though I guess grey doesn't really work for Madame Colorful.

well i dont like her costume to begin with. i wish it was something reminiscent of her 80s costume, updated of course. a star on her crotch isnt enough...and creepy.

You can blame Simone Bianchi for her current costume. All of the costume redesigns we've seen since Uncanny X-Men #500 were his doing. The only redesign that's been ignored by every other artist is Storm's white costume, and with good reason.

I think Nightcrawler had a redsign too, which, aside from a couple covers, hasn't been seen on him at all.

did the New X-Men get new suits too or are they still wearing the black and yellow (with the giant gloves )?
