I think I recall that the Mystique process was really bad during X1 and the paint made Rebecca really sick as well. They improved it a lot for her for X2 (different paint, faster application). With Jennifer, it's probably just better technology for cleanup in post that allowed for her to use a suit. That and a more demanding shooting schedule.

Rebecca hated the process but she thinks no other actress would have been able to handle it without modeling experience. She said that on the X1 dvds. Rebecca was with some star power for the OT, but she turned out to be the real trooper. Hell, she did it 3 times lol. Cudos to the two who had to sit through Nightcrawler and Beasts makeup, hell, they only did it once.

Yeah I hope we get a full body shot of all the characters or at least maybe a poster in the style of X1 and X2 with the close ups of the faces.

its pretty much the same, they are taken from publicity pictures, a poster will most likely not be that way

I think the only wrong thing about that image was to see all the new characters with all those colours all in the same first pic for the very first time.

Thats why our first reacion was: Wha???

But after all these years, its not a bad pic per se, its just all those colours and new characters put together as the very first pic. It wasnt a good move.

They should have released the X-Men suits first, in a better pic, then the rest of the characters.

oh don't get me wrong its way better then the FC one but its still promotional images with the characters presumably on back background so you can take them and put them where you want

I love all the costumes except Beasts. Although I really would have liked to see maybe the black costumes with yellow highlights. Kinda like the X1 costumes where each member had a different colour. that was cool
