Pretty obvious that they will be Nightcrawler's parents.

while they could end up having some blue on blue action having him being nightcrawlers father wouldn't make any sense when you have the red version of nightcrawler in FC and instead it would be beast and mystique getting it on to make the blue teleporting azazel looking nightcrawler

Azarel was mentioned as Mystique's lover when he was killed. While it never said exactly he was Nightcrawler's father come on and put 2 to 2 together why they mentioned that and
why his death stirred her onto JFK assassination.

I didn't say anything about Azazel, but you're deluding yourself if you think Beast is Nightcrawler's father.

Azazel learnt her how to fight and made her baby.

He's already removed Rogue's connection with Mystique, Wolverine is taller than almost everyone, except Colossus and handsome, Storm doesn't have an accent, Scott & Havok still have no connection with each other, Iceman and Rogue are both younger than their Comic counterparts, etc.....

I don't get this need for Azazel/Mystique being Nightcrawler's biological parents in the movies. Just because they are related in the comics, it doesn't mean they have to be in the movies. Some things need to be left out especially movies are very limited to screentime and Nightcrawler was already introduced in X2 and there was no hint that Mystique/Nightcrawler are related.

Its true though, Bryan Singer or whoever is in charge can change things from the way they are in the comics.

I think it was kinda hinted in x2 about them being related. It was a nice little scene between them in the camp. Where Nightcrawler kinda appreciated her saying they shouldnt have to hide. Something that a mother would tell her child.

Just because they had a scene together, it doesn't mean its already a hint. What about if Rogue/Mystique got a scene together and they talked? Does that become a hint, that Mystique was Rogue's foster mother. No.

Mystique didn't even look at Nightcrawler and her response to Nightcrawler was cold.

No I dont mean it was like a "I am your mother hint" but I think most fans would think that was a nice scene showing something similar to what a mother would teach her child, regardless of the fact they dont know they are related.

Mystique didn't even look at Nightcrawler and her response to Nightcrawler was cold.

She said he's her son in DOFP comic, and she was cold during that too. She doesn't want to tell him this in X2, but in deleted scene she printed his files from Stryker's computer.

I got the sense that Mystique and Azazel became lovers, she had Nightcrawler, and it was Azazel's death that helped drive her towards the assassination.

What else could make her suddenly want to carry out a presidential assassination? She may have been 'mutant and proud' by the end of First Class, but she didn't seem capable of stomping on an ant, let alone killing a president.

Exactly. They would have to absolutely nail it, otherwise it would be cheap and forced. And even if they managed to do it just right, it'd still be less than good.

Seeing as there is promotional anti-mutant propaganda images you know the Sentinel Hand crushing the word mutant, it seems Mystique goes dark when she realizes that the world won't accept mutants. Or at least it could be one of the reasons for her kill spree.
