I've said it before and I'll say it again, Fassbender is just not good with posing as Magneto in still images. He always comes off cheesy. Thankfully, movies are not still images

That Magneto pose is totally fake. They copied and pasted the arm. And there are other stuff that make the whole pic looks weird

You can' judge a set simply based on photos. I'm sure it'll look better when it's actually on film. If it still looks like crap on film...well...that'll suck .

Whoops, I should have used a trailer shot to illustrate my point.

But still, those parts in the trailer made me laugh when paired with the ultra serious music.

I think it's some unfortunate combination of costume design, casting, make-up, lighting, set design that make it feel like SyFy to me.

thats a production still and not a still taken from the actual film roll.

Not one of his many talents I'm sure. It definitely looks a bit cartoon-like.
