I'm pretty sure Anna Paquin was included in the photoshoots, after all she was part of the main billing. Though you could say the same thing to Famke Jannsen in The Wolverine. But her Empire cover doesn't look like it was taken from a production still.

I'm pretty over this whole Debbie-downer attitude over the lack of a trailer. They don't owe us a trailer and if they decided on an ideal date then that's their decision. These "boring" photos and small trailer teases are hardly detrimental to the marketing... they're just part of it and, yes, kind of a non-factor, but who is it hurting? The general audience will be exposed to the movie when the time comes and if it looks good there will be approximately two months to build endless hype. That is A LOT OF TIME.
