Exclusive: Key WWE Insider Says "All Plans Are Changing"
by Nick Paglino

It was apparently a "wild as hell" producers meeting with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and top lieutenant (and son-in-law) Triple H today, as the boss felt like changing plans heading into the summer months.

"Vince knows he wants Rock vs Cena for next year's WrestleMania, and he thinks everything else is up in the air and up for grabs at the moment," a key WWE insider exclusively told WrestleZone this evening, "several plans changed today, and I think it's very fair to say that all plans changing right now .. except for Rock vs Cena, which is as etched in stone as anything ever can be with Vince McMahon in charge!"

As an example, Vince apparently changed gears with his approach to Kia Stevens, the former Awesome Kong, now known as Kharma. "That segment was actually discussed over a week ago, and then it was scrapped in a way that no one thought it should ever be discussed again," we were told, "all of a sudden, Vince decided to go for it, all the way, and push it hard out of nowhere. The writers are totally on eggshells again because they don't know which way the wind is blowing, and Vince is changing his mind at every turn."

In the meantime, we were told Vince was "more hands on than even before" today, demanding to have the talent rehearse every line, and the writers and producers make sure every word on the scripts was rehearsed over and over again.
"It's going to be an interesting summer," another WWE source told us, "Vince is just in one of his moods."
So VINCE decided to do this new stuff with Kharma? Ugh...not only that but it sounds like some people in the meeting weren't crazy about the plan. My faith in the Kharma angle is faltering.

MORE scripted rehearsed promos? Great. :whatever:

McMahon should just grow his hair and beard out wild, eat only a particular kind of ice cream, and put Kleenex boxes on his feet and be done with it.

RING OF HONOR TO TAKE ON WWE AND TNA?

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...-of-honor-sold-to-sinclair-broadcasting-group

They hit PAY DIRT.

It, however, has been sold to Sinclair Broadcasting Group. They actually are the owners of stations such as MyNetwork TV and the CW. They also own TV stations throughout America with FOX, NBC, CBS, and ABC.
However, they only own the station and but broadcast through their major owner, whether it be FOX, ABC, or whoever.
They mainly make their profit because of the fact that they own a majority of the actual stations throughout America. Which is a major thing, because they make huge money on advertising, and can pretty much put ROH in a major light all over the country.

Not in article, but shows may also stream for free startign in free...

hmmm...I wonder....

if someone can photoshop Vince McMahon's face over the body of Libyan President Moammar Khadafi?

I actually tuned into RAW tonight to see if there would be anything on Macho Man. (I loved the video tribute AND Punk's tribute outfit.)

It was great to see Bret Hart again too. I did not like what Vince did to Awesome Kong though. (His 'they were a star in another company so let's tear them down and humiliate them when they officially get into WWE' crap is nothing more than ego-stroking. :down )

So ROH could be shown on a huge network like Fox while getting replays or a 2nd show on channels like NBC/CBS/ABC and even CW&MyNetwork TV???.....Whoa!

All of a sudden, I am not liking where the Kong story is going. Shame.

Of course, Vince McMahon is an evil dictator. He's no different then Syria's Bashar Assad or Khadafi, except he may be more mentally disturbed than either of them. While Assad and Khadafi are teetering (well more Khadafi than Assad), there is nobody who will overthrow Vince in a coup......except Triple H.

So does that bit of news surprise anybody? It shouldn't.

Vince is off his rocker. He's like an old NFL owner. Who doesn't know when to quit, who's making bad decisions at every turn. But no one can talk in fear or losing their jobs. Hey, kinda like al davis with the raiders.

Without the black windbreaker jacket, sunglasses and white pants that Al Davis is known for of course.

If given a proper chance, ROH could be getting higher ratings than TNA in a month. That would lead to a massive wrestler exodus away from TNA...

The Sinclair Broadcast Group is not in my area, so no ROH for me.

I was thinking about Savage earlier, and wondering where I'd rank him among my all-time list, and he was in the top 5.

Top 5 all-time:
Shawn Michaels
Ric Flair
Randy Savage
Chris Jericho
HHH

To me these guys have everything you could want in a wrestler.

Ring ability
Mic skills
Memorable personalities

Who is your Top 5 all-time?

Raw thoughts before Thread Manager takes over the thread.

It was a meh Raw.

R-Truth as a heel is better than R-Truth as a face, but he's still hit or miss. What he does as a heel is great. What he says as a heel, not so great. Throwing CM Punk into the main event tag team match was pretty random. R-Truth is currently feuding with Mysterio and wanting to feud with Cena, but Punk hasn't had anything recent with Cena to make his involvement make sense. It really should have been Miz in that match... But then again we wouldn't have gotten the highlight of the night which was the Miz and Alex Riley segment.

This was the one ass whipping that Miz needed to take. I like the direction they took with Miz blaming Riley for the recent losses to Cena, firing Riley, and then Riley turning face and beating down on Miz. This should develop into a feud that builds towards Capital Punishment, and with Cena as champ, and no credible threat to his title, probably the only feud I will be interested in.

The whole bit with Del Rio & Ricardo Rodriguez with Big Show and Kane was random. I guess they have nothing better for Del Rio to do so they're gonna put him with Kane. The "run over an opponent" story arc is a played one, but I suppose it's a trusty one to turn to in a pinch. I assume we see Del Rio v. Kane at Capital Punishment.

I guess Evan Bourne v. Jack Swagger was to set up a feud with the after match antics? Otherwise, it was a waste of a match really. And I fast forwarded through Kofi Kingston v. Drew McIntyre. I guess with Ziggler watching from backstage they are trying to set up Ziggler v. Kingston?

So the tag titles go to Otunga and McGuillicuty? I guess that's what happens when CM Punk doesn't sign an extension, the tag titles go to the Nexus scrubs instead of the guys who are actually good.

Speaking of Punk, I absolutely loved "Where did you learn to count? Canada??"

WTF is going on with Kharma? They are definitely going in a direction I wouldn't have taken it. Seems like they are going to ruin all the good work they put into building her by giving her some stupid angle.

And lastly... I guess Lawler and Cole are just going to get along now. Glad this story is over. And at least they had a pretty successful segment to show WHY Lawler and Cole can co-exist at the announce table going forward. Cole trying to turn back face isn't a good idea tho.

Overall, kind of a "meh" Raw altogether.

My guess is that they are playing up the idea that she is fat and ugly and being surrounded by all the hot chicks makes her feel bad again like her childhood.

Unfortunately I too have a bad feeling this is what's happening. And it couldn't suck any harder.

Edit-- not funny

I'm liking the potential Riley face turn.

Also, it sounded to me like the crowd was actually chanting "CM Punk" during the tag match. Did anyone else notice that? It's possible I simply misheard; it didn't last long.

I think the idea is for Del Rio to beat Kane at Capitol Punishment and then Show at the following PPV, to set him up to face Cena at Summerslam.

I was hoping he'd become a heel manager and JR would return to the booth, but at least he seems to have been humbled and will at least tone down his heel gimmick while King plays face and Josh Matthews does the straight up announcing.

No you heard it, first it was just a smattering and then Truth started yelling it to get more people to chant.

the whole Kharma thing was weird. However, I'll wait and see what the rumors say about this storyline. If the rumors say that she herself came up with this idea, then it would be hard to blame the WWE.

It's like the Chris Jericho storyline during his last few months in the WWE where he lost a lot. Many people in the IWC (I don't know about here) blamed the WWE for not pushing Jericho and making him lose all of the time, but Jericho said in one of his post-WWE interviews that was all his idea.

Remember who's running the show behind the scenes now......Triple H. There are reports that state that the atmosphere backstage is more relaxed with him in charge. Who knows, maybe as part of the new talent initiative, he gives the new signees to the main roster some creative control.

So I am going to hold off on my criticism of the Kharma thing until it ends. I've noticed that when a new storyline starts, people on here (myself included) jump to conclusions too early. We expect better from the WWE, but what do you expect from the WWE when there isn't any competition?

This could be an interesting storyline. Let's wait and see what happens in the weeks ahead. It's like in pro sports. A perfect example of this is in the drafts, particularly the NBA and NFL. In both drafts, the fans of those sports teams form conclusions too early. It takes a few years to determine whether those conclusions are true or not. In the WWE, it takes weeks.

Or at least that'll be the approach I am going to take with this storyline anyways.

We do the same with movies.....we see production photos and a trailer and think "this sucks" or "this is a good movie" even before the movie comes out.

In my book, just because it is or isn't Kharma's idea doesn't make it any more or less okay.

I'll wait until it plays out to judge it if it's good or not, but just because it might be Kharma's idea doesn't make it okay if it's a **** angle.

My top 5 is going to look a lot different from anyone else's because 1. I never watched wrestling before 1999, and 2. I've never watched non-WWF/WWE wrestling (until recently checking out TNA for the past few months or so). In fact, to be honest, I don't know if I can even settle on a top 5. I know my top 4, but the 5th could fluctuate by the day.

1. The Rock
2. Triple H
3. Chris Jericho
4. Stone Cold Steve Austin
5. Shawn Michaels / Edge / Kurt Angle / Undertaker
