Ok, Something I don't get..

In Spider-man 2, Doc Ock goes after Peter to get to Spider-man{not knowing that they're one and the same of course}, so he throws a car through the window...right where Peter and MJ are sitting? I don't think killing Peter would have been much help.

Every villain needs to make a badass entrance. Ock was short on time. He seen Parker in the coffee shop, he seen a car. He went with it. Totally worked out.

Not only that but Octopus also threw Peter so hard against a wall it would have killed him (if he weren't Spiderman, which Ock didn't know). Raimi is not much about the details or the coherence but the wow.
