Willmar, Minn. (AP) --

A 50-year-old man who told authorities he was fed up with teens toilet-papering his house decided to defend his property — with a squirt gun filled with fox urine. Now, Scott Wagar is in trouble with the law.

Wagar pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in Kandiyohi County District Court to misdemeanor assault and other charges. He was released on personal recognizance.

According to police, Wagar was on his property Sept. 16 when he used night vision goggles to see 15-20 people running toward his place. He told police that he told them to leave, swore at them and sprayed them with the fox urine. He also allegedly struggled with one of the teens.

A phone message left at a home listing for a Scott Wagar was not immediately returned to The Associated Press.

My question is... where the hell did he get ahold of fox urine?

Had it been Megan Fox urine, none of the teens would have pressed charges.

Yet the teens don't get charged for vandalism or destruction of private property? Oh, the world we live in.

It's one of those cases in which the cops should show up and this would happen:

Cop: What happened here?

Dumb Kids: He sprayed fox urine at us!

Cop: What were you doing here in the first place, and why all the toilet paper?

Dumb Kids: Ummm....

Cop: Ok, put your arms behind your back.

Old Guy: Heheh, fox urine, works every time!

I'm sure the parents of the kids involved had something to do with charges being pressed.

And that's a damn shame. If my parents found out I was toilet papering houses and got sprayed with fox urine for doing so, they would tell me "Good, thats what you get for doing that."

That how parents should react, but somewhere in the last 10 years of so a lot of parents have decided their children are incapable of wrong doing. I think there is even a term for it "helicopter parents". College professor are getting calls from anger parents asking why the professor is failing their child.

There was a case here where some young teen would not behave on the school bus. He kept standing up, getting in the aisle, and yelling. The driver told the kid repeatedly to stop, and he just laughed in her face and kept doing it. The driver finally got mad and swatted the kid, and of course mom got mad about how dare she discipline him.

Same.

Mine would just say "Then take a shower"

Kids got exactly what they deserved.

Go old man with fox urine!!! Wooo hooo! Show those hoodlums whose boss!!

So this old fella is getting done because he defended his property? In a non dangerous way no less! :wow:

What a disgrace. :csad:
