This is why I don't think Moira finds him, instead I think she may have knowledge of him beforehand but I feel someone else may discover him.

And there is defo a girl on the monitor that looks like Rose Byrne on the set so would they really have someone wake him and then show us a scene of the CIA investigating the scene after when you could just combine the 2? ;p

Why would Moira find him though? She's not an archeologist? Unless the mutant division in the CIA is still secretly investigating mutants... actually that makes a lot of sense. Like her discovering the Hellfire Club.

Ok good point I had forgotten about those. I don't mind who awakens him and yes it does make sense if she found him.

Well, I wouldn't put my money on it just yet. If Moira were researching someone who happens to be the cause of a social upheaval, then I doubt it would be her to set him lose and not the cult worshippers. The worshippers would do it themselves in the blink of an eye if they knew where and how to do it, whereas Moira would probably be on their trail.

So, for me, she's probably in the pyramids after the fact, either early in the film gathering intel OR late in the film trying to put that sucker back in its sarcophagus.

I'd rather see Psylocke either frozen with Apocalypse or cloned by Sinister later on for her to be that same age in 2023 and play with the OT

I'd rather like to see her in 2000's-2010's playing alongside with original cast. in 2023 the x-men are too old

Thing is, later in the film she's wearing a black suit like the X-Men. In those scenes Bryan Singer posted it looks like she's in a different outfit.

Mystique are old.

She could be a throwaway horseman which means she's there for a brief intro but other than that she's just there to kick ass with no real development.

It depends which mutants, you're talking about. Yes Xavier, Magneto, Beast and
Mystique are old.

Cyke, Jean, Storm, Kurt, more than 55 years old. They are old.
Xavier/Magneto ? more than 90. they re almost dead.

Could just be a silent henchman like Mystique and Deathstrike was in X1 and 2.

No, they confirmed she had a few lines. And I hope they come up with classier taunts if they go that route. That taunt Magneto throws at Rogue on the X-Jet in X2, for example, is spot on. X1, "you owe me a scream". etc.
