Once Upon A Time In Wonderland

If ABC were to surprise us all by renewing the show, the setting and characters would not be changing; only the story.

I'm not expecting the show to be renewed, mind you, but I don't think a renewal is entirely out of the question given the goodwill that Adam and Eddy have built up with ABC.

I dont know if they did renew it (though they might as well just do a new ftl story to expand on) at least they would use it for Onces hiatus instead of trying to be greedy.

But this shows downfall is that it was to geared towards romance instead of Alice and her adventures.

And they really should've made the jabberwocky more creepy and not so cheap looking.

Adam and Eddy have said that the plan - should the show get a renewal - is to keep the Wonderland setting and its accompanying characters and just craft a new self-contained story involving them.

The romance story really stopped after they found eachother . The show upped the anti and got much better as soon as the genie escaped.

And i think the jabberwocky is much creepier as is then what would be mediocre at best cgi ... She reminds me of Callisto from Xena

That's disappointing. I think the stories seem beyond done after this season. Id much rather see the cast travel worlds outside of wonderland then stay in it

^ Keeping the Wonderland setting wouldn't necessarily preclude the characters traveling to other places, especially given the White Rabbit's ability to open portals.

IOW, all it would likely mean is that, just as Storybrooke remains the central 'focal point' of Once, we'd continue to see Wonderland even if the story were to take the characters to other places beyond its borders.

They just found each other like 2 episodes ago. And I am fine with the idea behind their jabberwocky but they should have made the actress look creepier and be creepier.

^ She re-animated the dead, cut out Lizard's eyes, and psychically tortured Anastasia and forcibly coerced her into using her wishes. What more do you want from her in terms of the 'creep factor'?

I guess the break makes it seem longer. But he escaped jafars tower about 5 episodes ago. That's when it picked up for me. That and the first flashback episode with will and anistasia pre wonderland

^ Peta Sergeant is perfectly fine in the role.

I gotta agree. She's perfect for wonderland .... She's a very over the top character which im sure people can view as "bad acting" but they seem to forget what world they're in.... A land of white knights talking backward, mad tea parties, and a catepillar mob boss .... She fits in perfect she's over the top and bat-#%@* crazy. They even nicely added in the warple sword

Also the original illustration of the jabberwocky is a bizarre mix of scary and insane (its like part dragon part alien part muppet . and its wearing clothes i believe) theyre doing a good job.

So far the only thing this show severely disappointed ne with was the dandilion..... Seriously? It was a topiary with flowers in it? Couldnt it at least have been cgi and moving?

After tonight I say let Jafar win. He kills everybody & destroys Wonderland. Then he gets on a Power Trip & since he knows about a random town called StoryBrooke. He heads there thinking he can take over that place as well & voila. Jafar on Once Upon A Time next season. This could also open the doors for Aladdin & co

You do realize that there's a very good chance that the events of And They Lived are going to be happening concurrently with the events that we saw in Straight On 'Til Morning (the OUaT S2 finale), right?

Even if he were to not end up dead, the protection spell Belle was given by Rumple would keep him out of the town.

Well if Jafar wins & he can break the rules of magic

Time Travel

He fast forwards in time to when the spell is broken

He's most likely not going to win, but I think there's a chance Adam and Eddy could resurrect him and bring him onto Once; however, it wouldn't happen until at least a year or two (in-universe) after And They Lived due to what's going on in OUaT S3 right now.

They really wasted a perfect cross over opportunity. Should've just had time move differently so they could line up the two shows. And Cora really should've been the villain as opposed to the Red Queen. It has not been enjoyable seeing her so weak against Jafar all this time.

Though it was funny seeing Alice and her boytoy react to modern technology.

While I do wish we'd seen more of the town and its denizens, I happen to like the parallel/concurrent nature of the storytelling.

‘Once Upon a Time In Wonderland’ Officially Cancelled, Series Finale Airs Next Week
By NELLIE ANDREEVA

Unlike with other limited-type series this season like CBS’ Hostages and ABC’s Betrayal, which quietly finished their runs with no hope of coming back, ABC is actually officially announcing that next week’s season finale of Once Upon a Time Wonderland will be its series finale. The network’s most trusted utility player, Shark Tank, which stepped in when The Assets and Lucky 7 got pulled earlier this season, will air a special episode on April 10, after which repeats of Grey’s Anatomy will take over the Thursday 8 PM slot after that.
We knew this day was coming. Hope we see some of the cast on OUAT next season. And a DVD release.

BETTER be seeing Jafar. Wouldn't mind seeing Alice if she isnt all lovey dovey over her bf.

Michael Socha. I don't even know what they're doing with his story here, since I lost track at about episode 5, but if they made him a recurring/regular on OUAT, I wouldn't argue.

Please no Alice on OUAT she would not shut up about what his faces name. Just bring on over Jafar & end it there

You aren't allowed to have opinions, Donut. :o

Agreed. He was the stand out of the show for me, and I could really see him bouncing off some of the characters from the main show in interesting ways. Hopefully they don't just go the route of having the two couples pair off and head off into the distance in the end.
