Oozaru????

Yeah, it's going to suck that we probably won't get any Oozaru forms in this movie but hey, a man can dream.

Not only do I think that we won't have any Oozaru in this movie, but I think it's a good thing we won't have any.

So? The manga had flying and ground cars.

Oh right but they have changed a lot of things from the manga so flying cars may be on of them.

I am sure I have read somewhere that they are not going to have them but I may be wrong. :yay:

I really doubt it will be in the movie. But Im sure his tail will be in it/grow back half way throught the movie.

I def see it in maybe a flashback or something.

I'd rather not see a giant ape in the movies. Keep that stuff in the anime.

I say we should get at least one transformation & the growth of his tail.

Giant Monkeys Rock! Nuff Said! :woot:

Not having Oozaru is the crappiest idea since batman having rubber nipples. :csad::cmad::whatever:

It can be done. Adapting the Oozaru can be done--it just needs to be handled carefully. It could be a cool werewolf-esque transformation, or it could end up as total bunk. But I don't think it will be in this one. More likely DBII, assuming we get it. It could be our Kraken, our Wampa (or the entire frickin Battle of Hoth) for the second flick.

Funny; first time I saw King Kong I thought: Oh my God. They could totally make DragonBall Z now. As long as Twentieth Century Fox doesn't screw it up by not having Vegeta in the movie, or putting Goku in high school, or something. And then I laughed for like a half an hour, because I thought I was being ridiculous.

it'd probably be nice but there is no guarantee having the form in the film...

i don't even know how accurate they are likely to make it.

I bet if Universal were making this not only would he not be in school, but he would probably go Ape in the first hour! Universal makes the best fantasy adventures...

King Kong, The Mummy, those are all I remember right now, but Im sure they've got some more under they're belt! lol

I doubt it. We barely saw Kong in the first hour in a movie devoted to him.

Well the thing is, this film seems to not care much about Dragon Ball's fantasy aspects so I don't see a grown man walking around with a monkey tail.

That Sux. :csad:

Dragonball is a fad that's all but dead. if anything, they've almost missed their chance to cash in on the movie.

That's why games keep coming out and people keep buying them, because it's dead? I know for the most part it's dead in America, but it's still very much alive and popular as ever in Japan. Still airs to this day.

If its dead then why the heck were my chums running around the yard screaming "Kamehaha!" and doing really bad martial arts (for the most part.).

Absolutely it's still popular in the states. We're in the middle of the THIRD re-releasing of the series on home theater and a motion picture film headed by 20th Century FOX, which is what this whole forum is based on. The Dragon Ball franchise is still alive and kicking, and not showing any sign of slowing up.

Yeah, & I'm sure the company's behind it like FUNimation & Toei are making a lot of money from DB/Z/GT. I wouldn't be surprised if Toei created more DBZ movies or even another series.

Id like if they showed a flashback of grandpa Gohan cutting off Goku`s tail when he was a little kid..That way it could grow back in a sequel maybe
