What were they going to do, ask for millions? No one could have predicted the viral success this movie garnered. It was made for cheap, and it looks cheap. Wasn't even supposed to make it as a feature film, much less a nationwide release.

No studio was going to spend lots of dough on a project like this.

To be honest, I have to agree to some....degree. After the [blackout]demon implication[/blackout], the film didn't really scare me in the slightest bit.

Please, my mother was there with me and my girlfriend. She claims to have played with Ouija boards throughout college and seen **** burst into flames

What the hell is the story gonna be about? The same Demon finds another person to torment? You get piss lucky with one internet frenzy film and you wanna make some many x amount of films from it? Seeing so many slamming doors can only be so "scary" for a certain amount of time. All cause of the quote that said this was the scariest movie ever.

The first one wasn't even that good a movie, why in the hell should it get a sequel?

People ***** about the infinite amount of Saw films, but they actually still have more and more backstory to tell, just besides another or the same demon haunting someone else. Plus I'm sure the budget will be like 3 or 4 times more then this was. And will have Hollywood written over that. But hey who knows, maybe that'll make it better.

No the demon will hunt the next chick who moves into the house.

Cause you know someone was brutally murdered, but they will still clean it up and auction it off. They will just leave out one minor detail. You know how those things work in the movies.
